Parking is not the best

It was o.k. But very disappointed there was no ice. That should be a priority in Every hotel business.Air condition was very weak. Couldn't breath very well.

It was all good, only thing was Mini Fridge & Microwave should be listed as having. Tho I wish they had an ice machine?

Clean and easy parking.

They only allow one car

Little to no parking and only one car per room allowed and no visitors allowed and staff is strict no dogs and no smoking allowed on premises.

I had a little kitchen with microwave and microwave a dining set with 2 chairs in an adjacent room with a separate door. So you have a lot of privacy.

I was a little iffy about my reservation bc of reviews but I was impressed when I opened the door to our room. The room was clean and looked remodeled. The bathroom was nice. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The linen and towels were clean. I was happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back whenever I am in the area again.

Location and room was great. Only thing is that they only allow one car per guest. It was an inconvenience and had to park across the street.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a month and have never had a major issue. Clean , comfortable and quiet. Fridge and microwave. Basic room and fits my needs. Close to work and plenty of eating spots close by .

Clean, quiet and spacious room.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at! So dirty our sheets had blood there was blood on the walls you could see completely underneath the door to outside (so bugs could easily get in! And black mold in the bathroom! To say we were disgusted is an understatement! We had kids with health conditions that they knew about prior to us checking in. When we noticed these things after paying $230 for 2 nights and then asked for another $50 safety deposit when we got there. For how unsanitary and dirty this place was they should pay their customers a safety deposit! So I went to the office and complained about the room they said they would refund one of our nights and move us to a new room. The next room was painted but still had mold in the bathroom. We called back cause we still haven’t recieved the refund for the one night and now they are saying that they never agreed to that and that they don’t owe us a refund. We will be disputing the charges due to not receiving what we were promised and repeatedly being put into rooms with black mold and blood on the walls. this place should be shut down!

The staff are really nice. The room smells like super strong clorox. I had to ask the front desk to change my pillow cases because they're all stained with dirt. I guess you get your money's worth since it's cheaper than a hotel.

Clean room, fair price for area.

Save your money and stay far away from this place unless you like dirty, rundown, dated, broken, cockroach infested hotel rooms. I should have known upon check in that this place was going to be a sh*t show. After dinner we had set our food down just to go change and when we came back minutes later there were cockroaches all over our food bags. Sadly there are no pictures as we quickly removed the food bags from the room and killed all the cockroaches out of disgust. We slept with the lights on to hopefully keep them away while we slept (what little we did between the fear of them crawling on us and the constant sirens up and down the street.) Broken toilet seat, broken dresser, dirty sticky rundown table, majorly dented door. The only positive was the hot water pressure. Although I do wonder how much water is wasted for how fast and how much comes out. Spend some more money and save yourself the headache of staying here. Pics included.

Right next to a Mc Donald’s so that cool but the room we got was gross and looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Besides that it was cool but I wouldn’t go back

It was dirty, the comforter had holes, the floor was dirty, wooden floor had gaps, the bathroom window was crooked, the faucet and shower head had significant calcium stains, the shower caulking had mold build-up, the air conditioner was loud and it would turn on and off keeping me up. The pictures on Google made it look decent but it's not. The 7.8 rating that it has is probably due to folks not bothering to rate it.

Friendly Staff, Clean & Comfortable Room & Great Prices!

Very dirty smells bad

They really don't clean well. First I found the microwave with spoiled food, who knows how long it had been in it, and then I found a sock that wasn't mine. At night, I don't know what happened, but they knocked on the window several times while I was sleeping in the middle of the night.

The room was quiet and spacious. Convenient location with easy parking

Fast and easy check-in. The lady was super friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The heater didn't work that well, but it wasn't a big deal. I would have no problems staying here again.

It’s a blue collar or no collar motel. Huge room. Work desk, small kitchen table. Nice shower. Clean. Comfy. Would stay again. It’s not bad but not as walkable to Honda Center as I thought.

Old furniture, seats have stains and dirty. In two separate occasions people were yelling or having a fight in the parking lot between 1AM and 3 AM on a Wednesday.

Hot water was not working…Ended up having a cold shower for my 8 am flight

Comfortable basic motel room. Hot water pressure was low and that's the only negative. Air-conditioner worked fine, mattress was firm and comfortable, there was plenty of space and it was quiet and private. A good choice if you are driving, but not so much if you are a public-transport backpacker. McDonald's next door closes at 22:00.

Room had strong smell of cleaning products which lasted most of the night. Bathhroom has no curtain on window which opened up to neighboring motel which could look in when emerging from shower.

Location is good enough. Hotel is run down. Check in was outside through a tiny window. Felt like a security issue. Did not make us feel good about our own security. Room was clean but worn down. Shelves bending, doors not closing correctly, and just an unpleasant feeling overall. Think 1970s horror movie trailer.

Room was clean but a little rundown. Reasonable price and close to uci Irvine Medical. Mc Donald’s next door.

Location worked for us but the room had its problems. The outlets didn’t work so our phones didn’t charge. The water in the shower got only to luke warm. The refrigerator didn’t work so even water wasn’t cold. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great management and staff especially in this price range. Far above anything close to the price and location.

The room was clean and decent. The check-in process did not let me feel welcome at all. I was not let in the reception area and did both the check-in and check-out from the little window giving out to the parking lot. That was a no-no for me.

Amazing staff!

I received too much hustility from the front desk manager because I had made the booking through you guys and it was for 6 nights. So I reduced the reservations to 2 nights and promised not to do a weekly reservation. Also you show one price and then you charge extra which is not right.

The lady at check-in was rude. You can only park one car although half of the lot was empty. My friend had to park down the street because I was told that if two cars are there one would be towed. I think she got frustrated because I asked her to repeat herself because I could not understand her. Her accent was terrible and very hard to understand. The room was ok but old and dated furniture. Hair in the shower. I was in the area for business. I will never be staying there again.

Upon check in they were rude from the very beginning. I had 2 cars and only one was allowed in the parking lot which was ok but when I asked if it was ok to park on the streets the owner stated she didn’t know and to find somewhere else to park. Very rude and unkind to me. I left to get food and when I came back I parked on the street with the car I out on the register card they give you, I went to the window to change it witch I didn’t think was a big deal but apparently it was and was given attitude for it. The other owner said i couldn’t keep changing it.. I changed it that one time after that she followed me out side yelling at me to keep my car on the street. I felt disgusted and discriminated against, they Both assumed based on my appearance that I was probably up to no good. Literally just wanted a place to stay closer to work the next morning so I didn’t have to get up and drive 3 hours.. terrible service and people

A very nice Husband & Wife team run this place well. They appear to take pride in the property, the rooms & the service they provide. I work nights, & was able to sleep relatively soundly during the day. My room was clean, orderly & well provisioned. The King Sized Bed, was comfortable. I now see why these folks are rated highly on Expedia. Thank you folks for the excellent Customer Service, you provided to a travel weary & sleepless patron!

Booked last minute asked for a one bed room and got 2 beds. Tub was dirty and had half a bar soap inside the tub. In the morning wanted to extend my stay one more night and they wanted to charge me 30 dollars extra than what I paid the night before! I wanted them to honor the price I paid the night before and their response was “Leave, get out”. Customer service isn’t good and they’re rude, spend your money somewhere else.

Great management and staff. Beyond what is typical, especially in the lower price point. I frequent the McDonald's next door and meet quite a few people who stay there regularly. Will be back again.

Great location close to the main place mall of Santa Ana.

there where alot of homeless people in the parking lot .i did not feel safe leaving my car there so we left

It’s close to the venue

This hotel is centrally located. The room was clean and it had a great shower. The bed was harder than we are use to but overall comfortable. They are next door to a McDonald's and about 1 mile from Orange Square with lots of restaurant options. Even though we were on a main street (Chapman) it was not noisy.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff! Perfect for baseball games

I stayed one night to catch a show at The Grove. It’s 5 mins away from The Grove, Honda Center and Angel’s Stadium. The room was clean and suited us fine for our short stay. I would stay again if I go to an event around there.

I felt the location and price was perfect for my stay Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean! Will definitely come back again and for our next Disneyland trip!

Property was quiet and it was close to like eating places like El Pollo loco McDonald's 7-Elevens etc.
