The room was in shambles. The tv and toilet did not work. The people at the front desk were rude and unaccommodating.

the bates motel would have been better,the rudest man, no free breakfast,only 2 towels in the supposed handicap bathroom with loose tiles that moved on the shower floor,holes in the shower wall, no grab bars in shower in fact there werent even towel racks in the bathroom,where there once were soap depsensers in the shower were rusted empty holders, a shower chair was hidden behind the bathroom door, no shower cutain for privacy, dead bugs on the floor guess they couldnt handle it either, approached by homeless people first thing in parking lot asking for money,rude desk clerck informed me if i mneefd new linens or towels i needed to tell housekeeping before7 am it was 730 am. i told him we were leaving now we are checking out that sleeping in the car was preferred to another night there, had to stand on our head to try to figure microwave out as it was about 6 inches off the floor, the so called fridge held maybe 2 bottles and turned all the way up still didnt cool them off, had to call to ask if got wifi he was extremely rude checking us in and when i told him we were leaving. worst hotel you could ever hope for and i worked as a police ofcr in a city and went in where the prostitutes worked those were actually better then this one and i took pictures. cant believe any human could stay there id not even keep a dog there, they need to be shut down. those pictures are not of this hotel at all thoseare from somewhere else nothing about this hotel matches thanks for nothing.

This hotel is nothing like it is pictured to be online. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. There is visible mold, dust, and dirt on everything. If that isn’t enough, there’s also roaches and bedbugs. The pool is green and unappealing. The entire place smell smells like mold. The staff is not willing to help. They are not friendly. And they do not want to hear any complaints or concerns. I literally left and lost my money for the night because it was that bad. I’ve never felt more catfished in my life. Don’t waste your money here.

Shower faucet leaked, no blankets for beds just sheet. One pillow had someone else’s makeup on it. Parking was tight.

Staff was nice. No ice machine. Room was clean but old.
