He's such a good thing I was charged for the room and I did not even stay in it it was so not what I was told. It was not five stars it did not have the amenities I was told and I was charged over $200 for a room I did not stay in I was ripped off and I am going to get my money back one way or another.

The air conditioning was super cold. The bathroom was dirty. There was thick yellow brown stuff oozing out of the shower wall into the tub. The toilet was dirty. there were a couple of live roaches roaming in the bathroom. The blanket on the bed was super thin amd covered in burn marks

staff was helpful knowing the condition of the hotel. The room had clean sheets. no towels at all. Had to go to front desk. A broken picture was hanging. There was writing on the door inside. Help me and get me out of here. No elevator Many transients staying or hanging outside. The area was fine but needs major improvement to the property. Did not use pool. Booked it for free parking while on cruise and one staff tried to charge me. Night person Stephanie was very nice and made coffee for me.
