Fun, vibrant upscale atmosphere, friendly efficient staff. Parking to check in tricky- strongly recommend using valet parking service.

Perfect place for Denver weekend. Location a plus. Great views. The courtyard is awesome place to hangout. Lovely pool though small and crowded on Saturday. Love each floor has water and ice dispensers for your water bottle. (They Need one at the pool) service was excellent. Rooms were very nicely appointed. Bed cozy. Restaurants were A+. Can’t wait to return.

Staff was amazing, loved the hotel , was a little pricey and the elevators weren’t working very well or much the afternoon/evening we arrived.

Comfortable, nice, well kept room. Fun to watch the Olympic broadcast on the giant screen in the Square from the room. Staff welcomed us with a beverage. Small inconvenience when an elevator went down. Location close to Union Square. Had brunch in the restaurant and drinks at the bar that were also night.

Your parking is terrible. Got overcharged

The parking was a problem. Despite having a parking lot, every time I would leave, there was an issue either getting in or out of dthe parking lot.

Wonderful place! Good gym. You will enjoy your stay. Rooftop pool but no rooftop bar was a shocker.

Great place to stay in Denver - excellent location, clean rooms and common areas and friendly staff. The OG Restaurant and the lounge across the lobby from it were both outstanding. The rooftop pool and the gym were also better than most hotels with these amenities. We enjoyed our three night stay and would absolutely stay at the Rally again.

Staff weren’t very friendly and room cleanliness was average.

Would not stay here again. No toilet paper or shampoo upon arrival. Called in the morning for some and waited over 3 hours to receive it. Returned to our room and toilet wouldn’t flush, so had to have maintenance come fix it. Asked for one single bottle of water upon checkout and was told they were out of courtesy waters?!?! This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but amenities and service was more like 2 star. Overpriced and very underwhelming.

Loved how close the hotel was to Coors Field and it is a really cool hotel, down in the lobby. While the bed was very soft and comfortable, there were stains in the bathroom that indicated it wasn't cleaned thoroughly and one of the towels had a dirt stain on it. Only one elevator was working and it didn't seem like there was a lot going on to fix it. The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was mediocre for such an expensive hotel.

The front desk staff was great especially Christy. Room was clean, great water pressure and drainage. It was across the street from Coors Field. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. We’d stay again.

Beautiful views from this hotel. Pool and hot tub on the roof were amazing. My only complaint was that there was a dirty cup left in our room. So just a minor housekeeping issue. Other than that, the room was perfect. I slept great!

Room on Coors field side extremely noisy to the point of disrupting sleep. Did not sleep well both nights of our stay. Would recommend rooms on other side of hotel for a more pleasant experience. Other than the noise from motor cycle traffic had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location next to the ballpark. However, a/c vent right over one side of bed so you are either warm or freezing at night. No access to a microwave at all if you don’t book a suite, even though regular rooms are over $300/night

We had the best time at this hotel. The staff was incredible and the room was perfect. We loved being in the heart of Denver and it was easy to access everything around us.

Fun experience. Clean hotel and close to Coors Field. McGregor Square is awesome. Double queen room was a little small.

We've stayed a few times over the years, this was always one of our favorite hotels, but it's starting to show its age (walls starting to get damaged, roof leaks, bathroom flooring staring to wear), it's probably time to spend some time repainting and updating the room.

I liked that it is across the street from Coors Field. I didn’t like that there were no chairs or a desk in the room.

The staff was truly amazing and welcoming ! They took great care of our celebrating group! Our concern comes from the set up of the headboard and bed. There’s a very large gap between the bed and headboard- so your head just falls in between that gap, the entire night. We had wished to see maybe two sets of drapes to pull together , instead of one pulled to one side. It did let the light in, right away early morning. There was a storm when we arrived, but it had passed - we went to the top rooftop bar , and were asked to leave because of the lightening. We asked when it would reopen , and were treated poorly with that question. So we ended up just leaving the hotel. Parking was EXPENSIVE , so keep that in mind. And there’s a hefty resort fee , for what I’m not sure . Thank you to the staff that made check in easy and fun for our group!

The check in was so easy and the staff was super friendly!! The entire hotel is like a museum so the whole experience is great! Our room view is wonderful and all the hotel amenities and surroundings are beyond what we expected!

We really enjoyed staying here. The only thing that I would say is the room was small but the bathroom was huge.

The staff was amazing, Laurie, Jesus and Colten were next level on their customer service! Laurie helped with a third part issue and the entire staff were awesome! Welcoming.

Nice place to stay for the most part. Maid service is only available upon request though and there is no concierge to help arrange extracurricular activities. Still, great location and plenty of food choices.

The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. I have a leg brace and they offered up a wheelchair. Amazing!

I called the front desk on Thursday at 1 PM PDT to make a simple adjustment to my reservation and spoke with a staff member named Colton, who was shockingly rude right from the start. I mentioned that I had a reservation for two rooms, and instead of helping me, Colton acted like I was an inconvenience. His tone was dismissive, and he had absolutely no interest in providing any form of customer service. When I asked to add a guest’s name to one of the reservations, he flat-out refused to help, saying, “we don’t have that, someone needs to call.” Why do you think I’m on the phone calling? His attitude was so bad that it was hard to believe he was even trained in customer service. He then put me on hold without any explanation, and when he finally did what I asked, he didn’t bother to say thank you or even acknowledge the request properly. It was as if he was doing me a favor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in a hotel where guests expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Colton’s rudeness and lack of manners made what should have been a simple call one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. If this is the kind of treatment guests can expect at The Rally Hotel, I strongly recommend staying far away. There are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually know how to treat their guests with respect.

The room was awesome. The front desk staff was super friendly. However, they offered me a complimentary glass of wine and they were out of wine. Then, there was some issue with Comcast, so there was no TV the entire stay. The shower gel was empty in the shower. So, although the rooms were great and the staff was super friendly, they have issues to work out.

The Hotel is ideally located and my room was terrific. Unfortunately if you want service during your stay such as basic housekeeping and refreshing of coffee etc you must do this by special request. Putting the door hanger provided is not sufficient (thinking why provide this then???). When enquiring at the front desk was told “when we run high occupy we prioritize those who’ve requested housekeeping in writing” - What the heck? At $400+ per night .. clean towels and sundry items would be a minimum expectation. If you are short/staffed then perhaps consider booking fewer rooms so that paying guests get proper attention.

The staff is absolutely amazing! We couldn't ask to be treated better. Any and all concerns are handled immediately and to the highest standards possible. Our go to hotel for amd and all Denver stays. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Abysmal service. Staff rude and unhelpful. Had called ahead prior to booking to ensure pool and hot tub would be open, they said it would be and it was closed for maintenance. Given $100 credit for food and beverage and they treated us rudely (“oh we know who you are” when calling the front desk - rude and creepy), no conditioner in the room, took a long time for them to get us basic necessities and they charged us $153 dollars anyways for fees and food and service that we believed were covered. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy, it was so uncomfortable with the clearly disgruntled staff there that made sure we felt like our comfort and needs were the lowest priority. I have never had a stay that I was so much looking forward to be so completely disappointing. Wouldn’t be surprised if this business goes under in a few years, does not seem like it’s run properly at all.

It was our visit to the Rally, and we were very impressed. Check-in and out was very smooth and efficient. We were very impressed with the staff and accommodations. We were there for a Rockies game, so it was a pretty quick trip. My only complaint was that I originally booked a corner room with a balcony through Hotels.com, but when I checked in, they told me that there were no balcony rooms available. The front desk receptionist said they've had issues before with folks booking through third party sites and that there may or may not be certain types of rooms available, but the sites allow for them to be booked anyway. But overall, it was a great stay; we'll definitely be back.

LOVE this hotel! We stay here a couple times a year to go to a ball game. Beautiful hotel, walkable to EVERYTHING and the ballpark is just outside the door. Walk two blocks to union station and take a 10 dollar train right to the airport. Can’t ask for much more!

Fantastic location in downtown Denver! Best location for a Rockies game. Close to the train station.

Location is top notch. Pedestrian bridge from the hotel to the Ball Park makes attending a Rockies game very safe and very easy.

It was an amazing hotel and location! We took the train from the airport to Union Station and our hotel was a 5 minute walk from there. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again!

Loved that it was conveniently located next to a lot of attractions within walking distance.

Booked this hotel since very close to Union Station, easy access to/from airport using train & shuttle to Red Rocks. Great value, lots of amenities- free coffee bar, ice cream bar, car service for 2 mile radius. Hotel was nice, room, comfy bed, bathroom.

Excellent stay at the Rally Hotel. Staff were very engaging from the moment we checked in. Staff very helpful about what to do in the surrounding area. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is great- walkable to downtown and to the baseball stadium. Will definitely re-book for future trips to Denver.

When checking in we received a complementary welcome drink. The room was perfect. We spend some time at the pool and hot tub, before we went for dinner at an Italian restaurant in the city centre, all walkable. A well managed hotel. We’ll surely come back…

We had a really nice stay. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The location at McGregor Square was very convenient, with good dining options. I'd give them a five, but we had one minor issue with room service. No big deal, all in all.

The hotel is conveniently located near baseball stadium. Parking is about $54 for valet. The hotel staff are friendly. At check-in we were offered a complimentary glass of beer or sparkling wine. There was complimentary root beer float/ice cream sundaes between 4pm-5pm. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool and view was also enjoyable. We would book again.

The staff was nice. Everything was clean and pretty but there was NOT a fan in the bathroom and there was not a free breakfast. For the price, a free breakfast would be nice

We did a staycation for our anniversary at the Rally Hotel. Spent an entire day at the pool to relax and recoup from care of our 16 month old baby. It was exactly what we needed. The pool is relaxing and gorgeous, staff was super helpful and friendly, and the S”Mores kits were a delightful touch. Th OG breakfast was great with the best blueberry pancakes ever. We walked to Union Station for lunch at Ultreia. It was a spectacular 20 hours away from our baby for time to reconnect as a couple. Thank you. We will tell everyone!

The Rally Hotel was in an amazing location! Near restaurants and bars and only a five-minute walk to Union Station. We also loved the amenities like a complimentary drink at check-in, car service, and perks at adjacent restaurants. If I find myself in downtown Denver again, this will be my preferred hotel.

I loved the check in beer and the baseball theme.

The shuttle came in handy. Was lead to believe there was evening reception, instead it was an ice cream social. Was one of the reasons for book the Rally.
