The pool area was fantastic. We could not connect with spa to get appointment. Off season i guess. Enjoyed sitting on patio and looking at views. Condo was clean and very nice. Did not know about resort fee, but worth it.

This property was amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and enjoyed the comfy beds, super clean rooms and bathroom, amazing pools and sauna/steam rooms. Also it was so nice to have a parking garage with key card, felt so safe. Just so nice! One of our best stays to date!! Very close to town but yet up on a hill with an incredible view. We really hope to stay here again!

Nice rooms and common areas with tons of amenities. Ski lifts are just a few steps away. Dining options are decent (wine list is fantastic) and they have tons of options for families to book - like bowling alley, media rooms, billiards room, etc.

Great location and friendly staff. The ski vallet was amazing. All of the hotel is clearly a little dated. Decent breakfast variety, but unable to keep up with the breakfast run (both weekend and weekdays). Out of 7 nights we only managed to get housekeeping twice despite requesting it. Very kids friendly aquatic center although the main kids pool was closed 3 days.

We could not be happier with the hotel's facilities, location (proximity to the town) and service. The parking is underground so going out on your car without it covered by snow. Sounds silly but for someone who is not used to it, it meant a lot. We are certainly returning.

We’ve stayed in Breckenridge 3 times and this resort was our favorite! We loved the spacious, clean room with full kitchen and cozy fireplace! There was a fun bowling alley, pool, and pool room we loved using. All staff were pleasant and housekeeping was phenomenal! We will be back!

This property was amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and enjoyed the comfy beds, super clean rooms and bathroom, amazing pools and sauna/steam rooms. Th e unit had a great view which we enjoyed from the balcony. There were some logistic issues: poorly stocked kitchen with 3 of the 5 burners working, a difficult to reach master shower faucet and frayed towels, cushion on the sofa did not stay in place, tv signal required front desk assistance both nights. However, the front desk and engineering assistance was phenomenal!

The room was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. A couple things were broken and the staff fixed or tried to fix them immediately. Unfortunately all the restaurants were closed, but the driver took me to town to pick up dinner so I wouldn’t have to park in town.

We thought we purchased a one bedroom with a studio with a sofa bed and a Murphy bed. Instead it was a room with a bed and sofa bed. A sign was on the fireplace it was out of order the whole time. Little value for the price.

Nice location, great views, friendly staff, plenty to see and do in town. The room we stayed in needed some repairs. The toilet would not flush properly, even after using plunger. We used toilet in different area. The sink in bathroom had leak, the shower captured water in area by wall and the phone did not work properly. We let staff know so they could fix these issues.

Location was great I believe like others it is very overpriced and for the amount you have to pay the view of the arrival lobby from our balcony was not what we were expecting The room is very dated and the bed if that what you can call it was very ordinary The studio appliances could definaty do with user manuals and the shower height to get in and out is very dangerous. Overall very disappointing

This hotel was in a beautiful location. There was a complimentary shuttle to get into the town and the gondola was right next to the hotel as well. The room was clean and the one bedroom condo had a well thought out floor plan that made it very comfortable. The a/c did not work well, however, and the bedroom got very hot at night. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel!

One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. I love how the slopes were right there and how nice the ski valet were, whenever we would get tired and take a break they kindly got our equipment and kept it there until we were ready to hit the slopes again.

Dishonest. I paid for a reservation with a breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping, and coffee stations. None of this was available and the hotel staff simply did not care, even though several guests complained. Unbelievably, when we arrived, they said they no longer served the buffet and would give us a $10 credit. The food was overpriced and ridiculously small. The Chef's physical appearance was unprofessional, and despite being low season, the tables were dirty. The fireplace in the room could not be fully turned off so the room got very warm. There were so many lights from appliances and electronics that it was hard to sleep. They told me the manager was not working but would call me the day after we left; never happened. With so many other options, I would not stay in this hotel even for half the price.

Well designed condo. Close to the gondola to town and the Ski lifts. None of the restaurants mentioned in the Expedia profile were open. Absolutely nowhere to get even a cup of coffee without walking outside. Beware of the time of year you go. This was not even mentioned to us at the front desk.

It’s a nice property… a little dated, but in good condition. Fantastic location. Gondola service into town was fantastic. Only complaint is summer season options for dining/drinks are very limited with hours and mostly focused at a neighboring property. Or else this was a very nice escape, great views, mountain access for recreation. A nice escape.

Property was a bit dated in some aspects. Drains weren’t always fully functional for example. The hotel had a very little staff on site and the restaurant has such restrictive hours it’s impossible to really use. Without much else on site for food at least during summer, it’s not ideal for some situations.

We stay in Breck a lot! We are also owners next door at Grand Colorado. This was somewhere I always wanted to stay and overall, it was great. The one exception was the restaurant. After a long day of hiking we did not want to go into town. We went into the restaurant and were the only ones there. Finally the bar tender came in from outside. I ordered a salad with double chicken and my husband a panini. The chicken on the salad was inedible. Crumbly and hard like it was overcooked a week prior. The panini was basically flat bread pressed with hardly anything in between with a side of stale chips. We are not people to send back food and honestly I would have eaten pretty much anything at that point, but it was disgusting. We sent it back and walked to Robbie’s next door to Grand Colorado. For such a nice property that was extremely disappointing.

Loved this resort's amenities, including quick access to the gondolas and the chair lifts to the mountains. This was in a very scenic place in the mountains. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety including gluten free options. Overall a top notch place to enjoy in Breckenridge, which was a lot better than Vail, especially the scenic ride up the mountains.

We loved every moment here. Great location. Our room had everything and was close to the pool. We booked the bowling alley the last night of our stay...so fun! The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the breakfast. Next time we'll go to town or cook in the room.
