Overall, we like staying at this hotel because it's so convenient to a handful of ski resorts. We also like the access to ski lockers and free breakfast in the AM. Wish the dinner options around were better but overall 4/5.

The staff at this property was excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient with easy access to the ski lift. However, cleanliness was an issue—the jacuzzi had a lotttt of algae, the path to the bus stop was poorly maintained and hazardous to walk on, and our bathroom ceiling was noticeably flaking

The best thing about the Hyatt is proximity to chair, you can walk half a block and you’re on! The suite was adequate but I needed more light. They provided me a desk lamp. They have 3 hot tubs, a laundry and free breakfast daily. The downside was my floors ice machine was broken but it was a small inconvenience. They serve delicious cookies every afternoon and overall from checking in, to leaving people were friendly and helpful. I would return.

The hotel is close to the ski lift, within about 5-7 min walking distance. Parking is very limited and although a free valet parking is included, it means that sometimes the waiting time for the car is about 20 min.

Excellent location to ski A-Basin as the free bus has a stop in front of the building. Keystone is very close but we didn’t go there. Limited self parking but valet is complementary if no self parking spots are available. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good for the value. Would stay here again.

This property was ideal for our family ski trip. It’s a quick 5 minutes walk to the chairlift, a true “walk in walk out” -even for little ones. The ski locker’s are easy accessible and so convenient. Breakfast was included and very good. It made mornings a breeze before hitting the slopes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gal at check-in didn't seem to know what she was doing. Long line, took forever and I had to come back down to the lobby to get my room key card rekeyed because it didn't open the door. Had to do this each day. Maybe other rooms are better but the shower floor could use a good cleaning.

The place was close to Keystone. The lobby, hallways and room were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and there was a variety of pillows. Breakfast was your usual hot breakfast fare and was well stocked and attended. The one downside was the noisy heater in the room which woke my daughter up at 1 am who then kept the rest of us awake until 4am.

Upon check-in the desk staff were not friendly. They did not approach the desk until we had been standing there. They were sitting in chairs toward the back and did not think we needed anything. Upon going into the room we went to open the shade and it fell of and hit me in the head. We went to the phone to call down to the desk and the phone did not work. When my husband went down stairs to notify about the shade and phone they claimed they had no one to fix the shade and the phone was probably out due to a lighting strike earlier that day. The safe would not open they had no one to come fix it? When taking a shower the body wash was empty and so was the shampoo. They did not provide any wash rags and only one hand towel. In the area around the small trash can and by the fridge it smelled like vomit. All in all it wasn't a very nice place to stay, we will not recommend to anyone and we won't go back.

My room was fairly clean. Hair in shower, but the worst was the chewing tobacco pouch stick to my wall. So Gross!!! Computers were down! Water machines weren't working. Out of bottled water. Literally the WORST stay I have ever had!

This didn\'t feel like what I have come to expect from staying at a Hyatt. The room was fine and had a nice view but the aircon was noisy and the low fan setting was ineffective and blew strongly all night. Breakfast was extensive and of good quality. I needed to use the laundry and was told it was free but they charged me a $40 "resort fee" for other services I didn\'t use. I booked it on Wotif and paid for rooms for myself and a colleague in advance but have now discovered they charged him again for the full room as well as his "resort fee" so we have to go to bar too get a refund!

We had a corner room on the 4th floor for our family of four including 2 daughters ages 11 and 8. The room wasn’t big but super cozy and well laid out with amazing view of the mountains. It was quiet and the heater worked with no issues. We especially liked the chaise sofa which was comfy to lay back and relax after a full day of skiing. After reading the reviews we were a little worried about how the free daily breakfast would turn out but it was perfect to start the day. There was hot options like eggs/potatoes/bacon bits, and also yogurt, cereals, grains. Most importantly when we were there everything was constantly being refilled so nothing was unavailable. Also loved having the coffee/tea/hot chocolate and a commercial soda stream machine there for refills throughout the day. Location-wise it was pretty close to Mountain House base where we did our lessons as a family on Day 1. That said, it’s still probably around a ~1km walk which is easy in regular shoes and clothing but actually very tiring with ski gear and especially wearing ski boots. We’d probably recommend walking over in regular shoes rather than in ski boots. Parking ended up being fine too. It’s first come first serve and there are maybe ~20 covered spots under the hotel and lots of outside parking. We were able to find parking each day. We didn’t use the free valet service which apparently is an option if you can’t find self parking spot.

The room was big and the views were amazing. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and the AC worked excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel needs update on their ac system. The 1st night the ac was noisy then it stopped working. The maintenance came but it didn’t get resolved. Was moved to different room but the room smells like someone smoked and the hotel is a no smoking place. We were given another room (that’s commendable from the staff). We finally have a new room on our 2nd night due to ac issue. It was working fine until we have to evacuate due to fire alarm in the middle of the night & got cleared to come back after they found out a guest was smoking on the same floor we smelled the cig. The ac didn’t work when we came back to our room so we opened the window for the rest of the night.

The location is perfect close to the Keystone Ski resort! A free shuttle picks up right in front. The breakfast was better than any other hotel I’ve been to. Parking and signage was terrible, and the rooms are tiny.

Our stay was very good, with one exception. The thermostat was locked out so that we couldn't turn it down below 70 degrees. That was fine during the day, but it was too hot at night. The air conditioner was also very loud when it was running. We didn't sleep well because of the temperature and noise. Other than that, very nice place with a nice view and good breakfast.

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The major hicup was during checkout regarding getting our rental car from the valet. We asked for the car to be ready in the morning the evening before and again in the morning at 7 with 1 hour notice we asked for it to be ready at 8:15am and when we got to the lobby we had to wait 40min just for them to tell us our car was actually parked at the garage downstairs and not at the lot across the street and told us we can go downstairs and get our car. The car was parked in a tough spot to get out with the ice and snow in the corners so if the staff did not want to bring the car out of the garage we needed to get it out on our own with 1 person guiding the driver while our kids are restless to get in the car. It took us 10 minutes to get the rental car out of the parked spot. If valet service is provided we would expect no delays at checkout because we could be delayed for our flght in Denver. Also we did book thru third party vendor and understand any booking change needs to be handled via this third party however we would have appreciated some accommodation for the first night we could not check in due to the road closure on both 70 and 285. We could not arrive at the hotel and had to stay in Denver. Perhaps there is nothing that can be done but sharing as constructive criticism. Thank you!

We asked for the car to be ready in the morning the evening before and again in the morning at 7 with 1 hour notice we asked for it to be ready at 8:15am and when we got to the lobby we had to wait 40min just for them to tell us our car was actually parked at the garage downstairs and not at the lot across the street and told us we can go downstairs and get our car. The car was parked in a tough spot to get out with the ice and snow in the corners so if the staff did not want to bring the car out of the garage we needed to get it out on our own with 1 person guiding the driver while our kids are restless to get in the car. It took us 10 minutes to get the rental car out of the parked spot. If valet service is provided we would expect no delays at checkout because we could be delayed for our flght in Denver. Also we did book thru third party vendor and understand any booking change needs to be handled via this third party however we would have appreciated some accommodation for the first night we could not check in due to the road closure on both 70 and 285. We could not arrive at the hotel and had to stay in Denver. Perhaps there is nothing that can be done but sharing as constructive criticism. Thank you!

The gal at check-in didn't seem to know what she was doing. Long line, took forever and I had to come back down to the lobby to get my room key card rekeyed because it didn't open the door. Had to do this each day. Maybe other rooms are better but the shower floor could use a good cleaning.

The room was 80 degrees. AC did not work. They brought a fan and said to open window. Did not offer a room switch. Told us to turn ac off then on and that it would then work which obviously didn’t fix it. Did not answer our call to the office / front desk when it didn’t work. I used to love this property. I used to take my family every year. But I'm thinking no more. My family arrived late, there was no staff to help to check in quickly. They said they do have valet parking services. They did not do valet. I literally parked in front of the entrance. They called that as valet parking. Lack of staff, lack of customer services, and lastly, there were dirty towels in our room.

Upon check-in the desk staff were not friendly. They did not approach the desk until we had been standing there. They were sitting in chairs toward the back and did not think we needed anything. Upon going into the room we went to open the shade and it fell of and hit me in the head. We went to the phone to call down to the desk and the phone did not work. When my husband went down stairs to notify about the shade and phone they claimed they had no one to fix the shade and the phone was probably out due to a lighting strike earlier that day. The safe would not open they had no one to come fix it? When taking a shower the body wash was empty and so was the shampoo. They did not provide any wash rags and only one hand towel. In the area around the small trash can and by the fridge it smelled like vomit. All in all it wasn't a very nice place to stay, we will not recommend to anyone and we won't go back.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the Keystone ski resort and dining options. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future. Amazing Coustomer service was provided at the hotel by the staff. Anastasya was absolutely lovely at the front desk. We came here because we got stuck in the highway because of a snow storm. I’m incredibly greatful that we found this hotel. The staff made us forget about everything the moment we walked in the front door.

Only issue was finding this property in the dark and rain ugh. Need signs entering road where to go left because gps wasn’t good on it. Hotel sign is short. Beds good breakfast good apt choices. Water fill station. Had issue with altitude over 9,000 ft.

The best thing about the Hyatt is proximity to chair, you can walk half a block and you’re on! The suite was adequate but I needed more light. They provided me a desk lamp. They have 3 hot tubs, a laundry and free breakfast daily. The downside was my floors ice machine was broken but it was a small inconvenience. They serve delicious cookies every afternoon and overall from checking in, to leaving people were friendly and helpful. I would return.

Excellent location to ski A-Basin as the free bus has a stop in front of the building. Keystone is very close but we didn’t go there. Limited self parking but valet is complementary if no self parking spots are available. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good for the value. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, offering different options every day. Coffee and free water were available all the time, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a prime location, with everything close by—snow activities, the beautiful and vibrant River Run area, and more. However, on our last day, the fire alarm went off, creating a chaotic situation. We’ve never experienced anything like this before, and evacuating with kids in the cold of January was quite challenging. While I understand it was for our safety, it was still very inconvenient. Aside from that incident, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

We weren't always thrilled with a few of the breakfast items (hashbrowns and sausage) as some were regularly undercooked. The heating systems didn't seem to always work properly as the morning of our arrival (at 4:30AM) it was 34 degrees in Keystone and the room didn't heat up until well after sunrise. Parking is limited and usually fills quickly after 4PM (be mindful of this when looking for a late night/date night out in Dillon or its surrounding areas). While the rooms are certainly smaller than what I've experienced at other Hyatt Place facilities around the country, this was decent enough and met all our needs while visiting with family and friends in the area. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

Property was nice, room was clean and what we expected. But the A/C was a constant problem. Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. The sheets were torn. The air conditioning was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The cabinet that the refrigerator in was shredded. I’ve tried to contact the hotel via the phone with no answer and I’ve tried to make contact online with no help.
