Downtown Bozeman, 1 bedroom condo with extra Murphy bed or office space.

Perfect location! Beautiful mountain views and centrally located in town. We enjoyed being able to walk to our favorite cafe and restaurants. The host was very accessible. We were visiting family and had an emergency during our stay and she was very accommodating and kind. We appreciated the indoor parking but there was plenty of off street parking during our stay. Highly recommend! We will be back!

This was a fantastic property - very clean, good amenities, nice kitchen, and really updated tech. The attention to detail is wonderful, and the hosts made the check in, access, and check out processes very easy (by way of the great tech). The use of a locked, heated garage is also very nice. All in all a wonderful property and experience.

Kitchen very well equipped. Main bedroom and murphy beds very comfortable. Entertainment system great for streaming services. Location great with one negative... it sits across the street from a tavern... would highly recommend a white noise machine for sound sleep. Dedicated parking with secured building was a plus. Walkable to main street shops. Had a great experience & would stay again in a heart beat!

Very nice condo, everything is new and clean. Kitchen very well stocked including lots of spices and coffee! Very safe and secure building. Great location. Beautiful views from deck. Hosts were easy to get a hold of. Will definitely stay here again.

It snowed the entire time we stayed and the garage was the best.

Such a great location - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. So helpful to have parking included. This worked perfectly for my daughter and me! The owners were great with communication and had the Murphy bed set up when we got there, so we didn't have to do it.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed apartment in new building in very convenient neighborhood adjacent to downtown Bozeman. Close to good coffee shops, bagel store, ice cream parlors, Mexican food trucks, supermarkets and divey but welcoming bars. Very pleasant view from the balcony across Main Street, especially at sundown. Communication with owners was easy, as was access to the building and the unit. Dedicated parking spot included. Have been to Bozeman many times and have booked several different short-term rentals. Can easily see myself returning to this one.

The parking garage was a plus. The Latch App key/lock system worked well. Very clean facility and condo. My only issue was the tv system. I could not find stations carrying football (ESPN or national networks). Maybe that was my lack of sophistication with the system .

Walking distance to downtown but far enough from busy streets. Clean, modern, and safe. Bonus: comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen/laundry, clear communication, and a fabulous view from the balcony. We’ll be back. Thank you!

This property was perfect for us. It was close to downtown and Bridger Bowl. There were plenty of consumables (tissues, paper towels, soap) which was a very nice touch. Very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and plenty of other items to make preparing a meal easy. The Murphy bed was comfortable, the living room is a perfect size for three. If you are sensitive to noise, the establishments across the street will be loud. Ear plugs or sleeping on the Murphy bed will fix it. If you are into happy hour and beyond, you will find options right out of your door. The heated garage was wonderful when snowing outside. We were able to leave our ski/snowboarding equipment in our car and it wasn't frozen the next morning. This was another little perk - dragging boots, etc in and out everyday is a pain.Unlike other places, there was plenty of dishwashing soap, dishes, silverware, laundry soap, actual Kleenex and not scratchy discount tissues (important in the winter), tp, and garbage bags. The kitchen additionally had spices, some oils, saran wrap, foil, coffee and filters, and some assorted teas-- we didn't use all of them, but it was nice that we didn't have to buy so much at the store just to stock the kitchen.Communication with the host was very good. Our family has stayed at private properties for the last 40 years (before VRBOs and the other sites) and I will say, this property was one of the best.

We loved being able to walk to Main Street Bozeman each morning for coffee and breakfast. (Check out Feed! Great selections). The location was perfect- mins fromMSU, 15 mins to the airport and quick access to roads leading to Yellowstone. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location was mor than fine for a 10 minute walk to the main strip, bars and burger joints. Carparking great. Apartment was very basic, i woud struggle to think what you could take out to make it any more basic. We understood the TV didn't have standard TV stations, however it was locked and wouldn't allow us to do anything,, kind of disappointing as sometimes it nice to have a little background noise with your morning coffee. You have to take it for what it was, literally a bed for 3 nights, nothing more or nothing less. I should mention one of the bed legs was off when we arrived and under the bed hadn't been cleaned (crisps amongst other things) . Would i go back, probably not, you can get more comfort for your money.

Great little deck for morning coffee or evening glass of wine with the most amazing view. Great location, close to everything! Garage parking. And an easy app to get you in and out. Good location, good neighborhood. Good communication with owners. The only upgrades that we thought was needed is the main bed, television setup and a mirror is needed in the bedroom. Had a good time would say there again.

Charity was awesome as a host, very accommodating and responsive. The condo is great and so convenient to downtown and MSU. We were there for campus move in and it was perfect. We will definitely book again!

Charity was an absolute delight to communicate with and worked with me on coordinating a check out that allowed me to store my bag while cleaning tended to the room. She checked in frequently and the property was very quite. Thanks for a great stay!

I was very happy we found this spot to stay. Just close enough to downtown for easy walking and proximity to shops, restaurants, and parks. Just enough off main strip to have a lot of peace. Very nice view of the mountains at Dawn and dusk. Very well furnished and supplied. My only regret is I did not spend more time there! Great location to experience some of Bozeman but also branch out to the wonderful local area. Our hosts were top-notch. Excellent communication. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely look to stay there again next time I am in Bozeman.

I’ll start with the communication with Charity was amazing. We weren’t super app savvy with the Latch app - she solved the problem asap. The place was perfect for the long weekend visiting our son - had everything we needed. The view from the deck is spectacular. And the location to downtown or the coop is ideal. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this new condo with top floor views of Bozeman. It is well located and provides easy access to Main Street restaurants and shops as well as easy drive to great local hikes. It is a nicely appointed and decorated unit. Charity was great to work with and was quick to provide communication and solutions to minor issues. Her response time is fast and you can tell she cares about guest experience. The new building has some cool tech features for keyless access to secure parking and the condo. We would gladly stay here again and recommend to others.

Well appointed, comfortable 4th floor condo with beautiful views of the Bridger mountains. Centrally located to the downtown area and very walkable. Thanks for the tip on the Food Coop down the street, it was great. We were there for the July 4th fireworks and enjoyed the view from the covered deck. Owners were very responsive and answered any question that we had.

I was very happy we found this spot to stay. Just close enough to downtown for easy walking and proximity to shops, restaurants, and parks. Just enough off main strip to have a lot of peace. Very nice view of the mountains at Dawn and dusk. Very well furnished and supplied. My only regret is I did not spend more time there! We had a great stay in the Bobcat penthouse during our visit to MSU. Great location, not far from the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The Co-Op grocery store is only a block away. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. Access was easy - it was the first time we had used an App for access (it allows you to unlock all of the doors with your phone) - worked great! We'll be staying again as our son continues his education at MSU.

Great location close to town, University and parks. Apartment was very clean and well stocked, everything properly working. The place was well lit with natural light, mattresses extremely comfortable. Charity is the most amazing host, extremely helpful and accommodating, very prompt with her response time, answered all our questions and requests in a timely manner. Can’t wait to be back next year!
