great hotel. The only problem during my stay was the hot tub was under maintenance, but it's probably fine now. Staff were excellent

Hot tub not working

The location was ok, the turning into that gas station from 7th is annoying. Breakfast was ok. Jose kept everything in top notch order and cleanliness, he also was extremely nice. I’ve never had employees for a continental breakfast ask how we’re doing or if he could get us anything. The room was iffy. Stain on sheet. Shower knob full of mold, bathroom floor tiles looked gross. No pool access due to leak. One reason I booked it was for a pool to let my baby float and play.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Parking was awful though. Although I had a reservation, there was no parking available in the lot because of a collection of commercial trucks taking up six spaces a piece. I ended up having to park my car filled with cargo in the middle of the driveway and hope no one tried to break into it.

Hotel did not have what was advertised. We needed suite with 2 beds, a couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman. 1 chair and no ottoman Husband injured an needed what was advertised. I was hurting from traveling due to bad back and arthritis. Hot tube out of order. No cookies when we arrived .

Again, this was a stop on our way to our destination, but the room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and a very good continental breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite, and the waffles a close second.

Horrible the hallway smelled like Marijuana all the time there were grown men in the swimming area drinking and vaping the elevator was blocked for more than an hour and i had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs having a heart condition made it terrible and pool was closed alot

My weekend at this hotel was great it’s just that the parking lots small but otherwise it’s was a great place to relax and enjoy the pool and Walmart just across the street

Front staff was friendly. I asked for a late check out and was approved but key card was deactivated. Stains all over the floor and clumps of hair in the pool and hot tub :(

I read the reviews before booking and friendly staff and cleanliness was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. I do not expect much, but when you do get a room with clothes laying around from earlier guests - the cleanliness is not a word I would use. When contacting the front desk, the guy more or less blew me off. Took the clothes and said that the room was cleaned but housekeeping must have forgotten to take it out! He didn’t even apologize. The fact that the “bathroom” was a part of the room itself was a surprise. It could get messy on the rug if you splash too much with water… we had a teenager with us.. The location is good and if it had been clean and the staff friendly it would have been good value for the money.

Internet did not work 1 night. Room was dirty. AC vent broken with crumbs inside. Sink would not drain properly. Front desk guy was friendly.

Dirty. Bathroom was really unclean, asked to change rooms. Have to submit for cleaning if your there for more than one night but they need er cleaned. Dated, everything was old. Tile splitting, shower curtain torn, etc

Staff obviously does a good job with cleaning the hotel which is #1 for me. The hotel really needs renovation though. Very worn out doors, fixtures, carpet and furniture. Breakfast was very meh. We only stayed a night and wouldn’t be concerned about needing to stay another night if it had been necessary but probably won’t choose there again.

Easy off when on the road, quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately our AC did not work and the curtains do not close all the way, so was a hot night and a bright early morning. Breakfast area unkept/ coffee empty, but late night check-in staff was fantastic!

The reserved room was not available therefore was granted a supposed upgrade VIP upgrade which had a view of the lobby and you can hear the front desk Lobby worker all night talking to customers horrible experience no thanks and never again

The room was clean- although when I first walked in it smelled a little musty. Nothing opening a window couldn’t fix. The AC blew ice cold. The bed was pretty comfortable and the shower had good pressure and heat. The only issue I had with this room was the toilet absolutely sucked. Most of the time I would have to flush twice to get it to suck the toilet paper down. And every time I flushed it looked like it was going to overflow. The only two issues I had with the hotel was there were no towels down by the pool and hot tub so I walked soaking wet back to my room. The other issue I faced was every time I entered through to back parking lot to the first floor I got BLASTED with the smell of weed. I hated walking through that area to the elevator. Other than those minor personal issues, the hotel was in a convenient location and the rooms are nice and spacious.

Good convenient place. Nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast and coffee, surprisingly. Very comfortable bed. However, rooms were noisy - gaps under the doors so could hear people in the hallways.

Noisy hotel. We could hear everything that came from outside and our neighbors. A/C was loud and didn't work properly.

Wi Fi would not connect to any of our three devices. The person at the front desk was no help.

Our grandson loved the pool and workout room. Everything was clean except around the edges of the bathroom floor. Staff members were exceptionally couteous, helpful and friendly. Steve deserves an extra thank you for finding my portable fan (left behind in the room) and mailing it to me!

I can't say that anything about the property or room blew me away, but everything was as-advertised, everything was clean, and the staff were great, especially the night audit. I would stay here again.

I booked this property through Expedia. That was the first mistake. Then we had a change of plans. I needed to cancel the reservation. Expedia told me I’d have to contact the hotel directly and that they could not help. I contacted the hotel front desk and they said I could cancel but would be charged $50. I accepted that and with that information, booked another hotel that night in another town. An hour after canceling the room and booking another hotel, another person from this hotel called me and said I couldn’t cancel and would be charged a full room rate…just under $300. That person said I’d need to contact Expedia to resolve it. I explained that Expedia told me that I’d have to work with the hotel. This other person at the hotel said that Expedia already had charged them their booking commission and there was nothing he could do. I’d need to speak with their GM but he would not be on site until Monday, this was Saturday. This was unacceptable, both Expedia and this hotel were claiming the other party was responsible. I contacted Expedia on Monday to contest the charge. They said they’d call the GM to resolve the issue. The GM told them he would not refund my room minus $50. I attempted to call the GM twice and even left a message. He was either not available or not onsite each time I called and did not return my call. My advice…always book directly with the hotel and record every call it get a commitment to refund in writing. I am so frustrated!

Staff was super friendly, check in went very smoothly, breakfast area was clean and also stocked. Hotel is a little older but still very nice and convenient location.

Regrettably, the main receptionist upon our arrival (Daniel) had a strangely dismissive attitude whenever we asked a question or attempted to clarify our room location. We also encountered his poor attitude when there was a severe plumbing issue around 9:30pm. Instead of simply resolving the matter, he acted as though it were our fault and said that we should have told him earlier (we could not have told him earlier because we had not been aware of the problem). It was disheartening to have hotel staff who seemed more annoyed with guests than welcoming.

I have been trying to get a receipt all day and have not been able to. This is completely unacceptable.

Front counter staff was horrible, not accommodating to motorcycle riders at all. I never write bad reviews, ever but I felt compelled to on this stay. Just a bad front counter person, very angry

At the front desk, Olivia went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Time and again, she was kind, efficient, and expedient!

Stayed here for one night before leaving the area. Very convenient to the airport and a lot of food options. Hotel is a little older but overall a good stay for one night. Check in was a breeze.

Place is clean, breakfast was average for a hotel. There is construction on the roads near the hotel making it hard to get in and out of.

Perfect hotel if you have a family traveling in Bozeman. Breakfast was good and room was clean. 5 min to downtown and 30 seconds to freeway.

The property was close to university and by Walmart so it was great for shopping and moving child into dorm.

The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean! Hats off to the housekeeping staff! Breakfast was okay. Other reviews raved about it but it needs improvement. Coffee was watered down, eggs were overcooked in the serving dish.Not enough seating.

Hard to navigate to upper floors. If you have mobility issues, elevators are in an inconvenient area. Breakfast was “ok.” Food was hot, but cereals were stale. Juices had an “off” taste. Staff was very attentive, the property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
