Disappointed that there was no central Airconditioning. They did however have portable room air conditioners, but I should not waste my vacation time setting them up.I wanted to bake something in the kitchen oven and as it was heating up to 375 degrees there was a toxic fuming smell coming out of the oven. I shut off the oven and opened the windows and door to clear the smoke. The cleaning crew might have used an "Oven Off" type cleaner and did not rinse the inside of the oven well. This house uses a 5 gallon plastic kitchen garbage can with a 13 gallon white plastic bag. They should buy a 13 gallon kitchen garbage can. It's cumbersome putting trash in such a small containerThe left bedroom in the back, has either a mattress or the frame that makes a non stop squeaking noise. Also the bedroom on the right back of the house, has a wooden bedframe corners that comes to a sharp point and my son jabbed his leg on this pointy frame as he walked past it.Otherwise a nice cute place to stay while visiting Beaverton Oregon.

Perfect location in downtown Beaverton. You can walk everywhere from this house. Yard was nice, the house was comfortable, especially the bed. I didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.

I cook so I was disappointed with the selection of pots I found. I only saw two small teflon coated pots with no lids and a teflon coated 8 or 10 inch frying pan. There was also a stainless steel large stew pot with a lid that was too big. Otherwise the stay was good.

We watched the housecleaner dilly dally while waiting to check in (after the allotted time). I couldn't figure out the unique lock situation. Luckily finally figured that out because property manager was slow to respond. Pets are not allowed on the furniture but the throw pillows hid stains on the couch. The trash was overflowing and additional trash was bagged the back yard. I appreciate that the nicest places are not pet friendly but it felt like the pictures are of a shinier version than what we got. I asked for a late checkout and got no response. The house handbook said they could not accommodate late check outs, and yet I was forced to accommodate and late check in?
