Check in could be a lot more smooth if they label the buildings and add signs for guests with instructions. I confirmed and tried to verify with Kasa that our room would be like in the photo the room with of view, king bed, amongst other amenities required for our anniversary instead we pulled up to a second floor armpit of the building where it did not have a romantic view but instead The intersection where the cars coming in and out of the garage facing directly into our living room. Bed was unbearably uncomfortable, mattress was sunken in the center. So woke up like we were hit by trucks, then next night we tried the sofa sleeper..got up early took hot showers to help with the pains from crazy bad night sleep. Then Kasa hosts a bar/tent close by, there was music blasting all night. Then someone was dumping bottles or glass for an hour straight. I contacted Kasa and they said, in the small print it says that you may not get the picture, it's what's available. FALSE ADVERTISING! They post something that's an A+ & you end up with a broom closet. Not to mention...carpet was filthy!

I was traveling with my elderly blind yorkie and I chose this unit for him. It was a comfy spacious 1 bedroom apartment and the location of the unit was right next to the river/path and we'd walk along the river in the mornings. There's also a dog park nearby that I found on the last day.. it's located right on broadway. As for the unit.. the bed is comfy though lots of folks complained about the firm mattress (memory foam), is was great for me. The unit overlooks a pop-up style bar and there's usually a food truck there too but I didn't stop in. I didn't hear any noise from the outside. Honestly, I loved it there and would defenitely book again if we come back to Denver. I was traveling solo - it was totally safe and walking distance to everything.

I enjoyed the concept of the hotel. It is like your own apartment. I had some issues but it might be different for each individual. I'm a 75 old women and I wished that they had a grab bar in the tub/shower. Now to be fair, I had great communication with Kasa they were very accommodating on some of my requests. Yes, some items were missing in the room but most were provided once I informed the management. The king bed for my body was very hard, like a dining room table, I asked for a topper but they didn't have anything like that to put on the bed to make it softer. All my concerns and issues were appreciate by Kasa and they thanked me for the report of what I saw in my stay. Would I stay there again, yes!
