One Block from Stanford University, Modern Style Living

Love this location for Stanford University activities. Home was fine - I bit noisy with neighbors above & behind. Temperature was hard to keep cool without central AC. Beds super comfortable & host was helpful & responsive.

Quiet place in a perfect location. Never had a problem finding street parking. The house pictures are accurate. Beds are comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at April’s home! It’s in a great location walkable to Stanford and to restaurants on California Ave. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

House was great. Listing accurate. Perfect for dropping off our kid at Stanford. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to lots of restaurants down the street.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Its is located in a quiet street with ample curbside parking. It very easy to get around the palo alto are, lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our late-check out request. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and had ample room to hang out in the apartment. the beds were so comfy and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge benefit.
