Many noted handy amenities such as a fenced backyard with patio and grill, a porch swing, and convenient parking, with pet friendly touches. Service stands out, with easy check in and proactive, clear communication; several guests appreciated thoughtful extras like snacks and coffee. A few mentioned an older or squeaky bed, minor maintenance issues like a slow drain or a heating problem, and mixed impressions of the surrounding area's appearance. Overall, expect a clean, cozy home base that is comfortable and well managed.

This was our first VRBO stay. We loved it! Having the extra space in the backyard to hang out, grill out and play with the puppers was great. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the comforts of home in this rental.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a nice house for our small group. It is decorated cute with a farmhouse style. We loved the snacks that were left. There are games and books included which was a nice touch for the downtime.

We stayed here to visit our daughter in college. The house is a little deceiving from the outside; when you step in, you are welcomed by openness and high ceilings. The place is so cute and seems larger than what it probably is. The bedrooms have more than plenty space with room to move around; two bathrooms were great to have. The kitchen and dining area were open and allowed us to spread out. Our dog loved the outdoor space! Especially the chickens a couple doors down. We did have an unforseeable issue at the house, and when we notified the owners, they were extremely quick to respond and do everything they could to make it better. It all worked out fine in the end. It's a very quiet neighborhood, we felt totally safe there and would definitely stay again.

This is a charming little 2 bedroom house with open kitchen/living room. The bedrooms and baths are spacious. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed the front porch swing. Our trip to Branson was a quick and easy drive and certainly was better than being in that crowded little town. Thanks for your attention to detail.

We needed a place to rest our bones for one night on a roadtrip. All I needed was a good shower and a restful night of sleep. Springfield is not a town I want to return to, at least not this part of it. The home is decorated SO cute, but the master bed felt like it’s from the 1980’s, squeaking and bouncing on springs all night with every movement. The master shower also needs attention as I was standing in dirty water with a slow drain. Easy fixes to make the home a restful stop. The host was very communicative and left some delicious snacks which was very thoughtful. Coffee was provided as well as a few Tide pods for laundry which I was grateful for! The home is very sweet on the inside. The decorating game is on point and my daughter fell in love with the second bedroom decor. The neighborhood felt rough, but I’m not from around here so no way to know for sure. We did go to the biggest Bass Pro World we’ve ever seen for dinner. That was the highlight of the trip.

We booked this home for our daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect!! The location, cleanliness, and the home was well stocked with the necessities. We also asked the host to let us know if the house was available sooner than check in time. She contacted us when it was ready, which really helped us prepare for graduation as our long drive. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a family gathering so we came with our parents, older child, and ourselves. We didn’t need anything fancy, but we did want nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and two clean bathrooms. We found that here, and at a great price.

Home was easily found and was only 5 minutes from the expo center. Neighborhood was quite. Enough space for the 4 of us to spread out. Keep a watch out to not stub your toe on a few raised transition pieces throughout the house. Bed wqs comfy.

We needed a place to rest our bones for one night on a roadtrip. All I needed was a good shower and a restful night of sleep. Springfield is not a town I want to return to, at least not this part of it. House was just like the pictures. Host were great at communication, everything we needed was in the house. Poor planning on my part on location. While it was close to the fairgrounds which is why we went, there was not any close restaurants that was close by, but the kitchen had everything you would need if you decided to cook so eating out wouldn't matter :)We did order delivery from the nearest pizza place.

This home is perfect for a small group. It is beautifully decorated making it warm & cozy. There is a spacious yard with a patio, chairs & grill. It is in a quiet neighborhood while located close to activities & restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay!

This was our first VRBO stay. We loved it! Having the extra space in the backyard to hang out, grill out and play with the puppers was great. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the comforts of home in this rental.

Wow! Such a charming and welcoming home! We felt so welcomed and cared for with all the little touches from traditions shared and sweet treats left for us to plenty of comfy seating in the living room! This is a must stay! Thank you for making our long road trip to see our son at Christmas time a little easier!!

The beds were comfortable and we had almost everything we needed. I was expecting a regular coffee maker, but not a big deal since I'm the only coffee drinker in our group (just not a Kuerig fan)

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a nice house for our small group. It is decorated cute with a farmhouse style. We loved the snacks that were left. There are games and books included which was a nice touch for the downtime.

We had a one night stay here while in town for a Cardinals game and the house was perfect for our needs! It was super cute and clean. Beds were comfy and the host left some snacks that my daughters loved! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Our brief stay in Springfield was very nice while staying in this home. The host was accommodating with a couple of special requests on our part which made our travels easier to manage. This house is lovely and well equipped.
