Loved the balcony. While the property was beautifully decorated and clean, the agreed price changed with an added fee after acceptance. In my opinion, owner should have paid that fee! When you advertise property in 2 places, you should pay both fees. Also, no 5 stars as we had to take out the trash and linens off the beds. I'm old and have stayed at many 4 stars without that.

Exceptional all the way around! Will stay again. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and the market. Sitting on the balcony watching the trains while enjoying breakfast was a treat. Weekend trip to LU and this was short drive for less traffic and a better view. We had our own parking spot which was nice.

The communication was so easy, quick and responsive. We needed a few things and they were quickly dropped off. Checking in, parking and checking out were easy. Noise machines are provided which we used a few nights during our week as the bedrooms are ground level. Plenty of seating and a pullout sofa were nice to have. We spent a lot of time on the enormous deck overlooking Bluff walk. Very pretty! We would stay here again.

Newly constructed, very modern. It's on the 1st floor so when the rooftop bar gets out, we heard all the patrons leaving, at times a little rowdy. If you're a deep sleeper, not an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, will definitely wake up.

My husband and I along with our Chocolate Lab Daisy spent two nights in this fabulous condo while visiting my parents that live in Lynchburg. Everything is fresh, clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back! Bedding, sheets and towels all high quality! Extra special to have coffee and creamer along with snacks as complimentary. Property manager Brooke is accessible and accommodating. 5 star property!

We spent a lot of time on the enormous deck overlooking Bluff walk. Very pretty! We would stay here again.
We had a fantastic week in this condo. Great location to many restaurants, shops and nightlife. The condo is clean, stocked and beautifully decorated. The communication was so easy, quick and responsive. We needed a few things and they were quickly dropped off. Checking in, parking and checking out were easy. My family and I stayed for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place while in Lynchburg. We came to celebrate with my son after his wedding proposal, which took place right down the bluff walk. We started out the day with a coffee at The White Hart, ate breakfast at My Dog Duke’s Diner, and walked over to the farmer’s market. We will definitely be back!

Newly constructed, very modern. It's on the 1st floor so when the rooftop bar gets out, we heard all the patrons leaving, at times a little rowdy. If you're a deep sleeper, not an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, will definitely wake up.
