The apartment was just as advertised. The rooms were clean, and everything was just as I expected. The neighborhood was great- centrally located and safe. Herbert was responsive to the few question I had. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Denver.

Great basement apartment. Very clean. Only issue were the very loud floors overhead. The renters upstairs make for a very squeaky evening.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy. The owner lives at the property and made it clear he would be available if we needed anything which we didn’t! Easy parking on the street. We were very comfortable.
