To say that I am less than pleased, would be quite the understatement. My friends and I traveled from different sides of the country to come to Baltimore, and I wouldn’t see us doing that again. The condition of this house was unacceptable, along with the lack of communication with the host. It definitely wasn’t worth the price that was paid. I will leave some photos with my review of the things we did get photos of. Starting off “strong”, one of the bedrooms, had a broken bed frame. It took 2 days for someone to finally come in and “repair” it, their version of repairing it included placing a very thin piece of plywood over the broken part of the bed frame, which didn’t fix the issue. They also had a new bed frame shipped to the house, which nobody ever came to put together, nor bring inside from the porch. We had to bring it inside because it sat in the rain for 2 days. The front doorknob felt like it was about to fall off (very assuring!).. The steps going to the second floor had a missing piece which caused ripped socks, and cut feet, and the steps going downstairs also had a missing piece on the step. The railing for the steps seemed as if it was just sitting there, not very sturdy at all. Both the bathroom upstairs and downstairs, had broken toilet paper holders, and no toilet paper. In one of the upstairs bedrooms (with the twin bed) had no outlet cover over the outlets, and that is placed directly next to the bed. The smoke alarms would not stop beeping, we had to fix

The house was clean, well kept and stocked for our stay. Communication was sent in advance and we had no issues!

Enjoyed the personal welcome on the board in the kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our stay, except the A/C was set to 85 when we arrived and it struggled to reduce the upstairs bedroom temperatures below 77 until after our second night in the house. Having access to the back for parking was a plus.

The stay was not good. Several times we had to contact the prop. Manager for the key codes for the front door (which never worked). The unit had dirty dishes and had not been thoroughly cleaned. I would not rent this prop. again even at a discount! We should have been given some credit back!!
