The hallway smells and breakfast not good shuttle doesn’t run all day, I had to bring two suitcases on train, and walk five minutes to hotel,they never clean my room, stay there five nights, only good point is close to light rail,and some tv channels didn’t work, might stay again if they get rid of spell

Not very clean in common areas only one elevator working

It is a large hotel that is way outdated. The hotel parking lot is used for airport parking, cruise parking and guest parking. There was trash all over in the parking lot. From booze bottles to just plain old garbage. We did kill one roach in our room and filed no others. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The morning breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would I stay there again if I were going on a cruise, absolutely. They have a shuttle bus that will transport four people for $25 total to the cruise port from the hotel. They also have free airport pick up. So in a nutshell, you could fly into BWI stay there and for $25 get your ride to the cruise terminal. Don’t expect too much from the room when you arrive though.

Weird parking we paid for was just out back on hotel property ., how’s that for security ., not fenced in secure ., restaurant by the hotel was good food and good service ., no pool ., comfortable nights sleep .,

Woman at the front desk was very good. We got to our room and the tv did not work. She gave us another room. We got to that room and the remote was not working. I understand the property was once a Comfort Inn. I know of a Doubletree that went to Clarion. It was OK. We had an early flight so did not check out the breakfast. Shuttle driver was great. Beware of no shuttle running mid day. Someone said in other reviews that there is a $100 deposti that they were not aware of. could be a problem for those with limited funds. Book the parking with the Way App. It is a lot cheaper than the Hotel Rate.

Worst hotel it’s half put together the AC does not work poorly painted only 1 elevator works in the whole hotel the stairwells look slummy I would never stay here again. I will say staff were helpful I can’t blame them but the hotel itself is terrible

My stay was so terrible that it was depressing. When I arrived at BWI Airport, I called the hotel to ask for airport shuttle pick-up. I was told there was no shuttle service that day. But I told the hotel worker that before I booked the hotel I called to confirm there would be shuttle service. The worker said "Sorry." When I got inside the hotel, I could quickly see that the place was not well kept. It smelled of old cigarettes and one of the elevators was not working. When I opened the door to my hotel room, the lighting was dim in the room but I could still see the room was dirty. The bathtub and the toilet seat had dirt spots on them and the room smelled like old cigarettes. The furniture appeared old. I went to the front desk and asked for a different hotel room. When I went to the second room they gave me, it was dim and dirty too. There were bugs in the room. I was sad and tried to find another hotel to stay at for the night. But it was getting late and I was not familiar with the area so I stayed at this hotel. I bought Lysol disinfectant spray to help ease my stay. But I couldn't sleep well because the room wasn't clean and I was worried about the bugs getting on my belongings. The best experience was the check-out. I was happy to leave this hotel. The front desk workers were friendly and courteous. But I needed a clean stay and I didn't get that.

After reading the reviews we were pretty freaked out but once we got there it seemed fine. Room was decently clean (bathroom needs remodel - chips in the walls) and we slept through breakfast so not sure on that. The towel hook fell down when I tried to put my towel on it lol. Cleaning ladies busted in at 10:50am when we were about to leave but other than that not bad. Be aware the airport shuttle only runs in the morning until 10am and at night starting at 5pm. So if you need to get to the airport in the afternoon hours don’t count on that. Should’ve been $50, not $77 but oh well.

Ice available only on the fourth floor. Not the end of the world, but.... Clean enough but shabby... My shuttle drivers to the airport were wonderful!!! Front desk staff very nice.

We were able to push our door open before we even used our key. The shower head wouldnt stay on. There was only one working elevator.

Smell of Marijuana everywhere, hallways, elevator. cockroaches in the room. Alarm inside the room all night. They did not answer the frontdesk

The entire property is very dirty. The floor tiles in the hallways are broken, marred and dirty. The hallways smell like urine. Our room had a bed that had a strong urine smell and stains on it. The main door looked like it had been broken and fixed. The sinks and toilet were dirty. The bathroom door was marred. The carpet had a couple of large stains and was dirty. There was a rave going on next door the night we were there. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel, because it was so dirty and we didn’t feel safe.

Dirty room and bathroom,unpleasant odors outside and inside the room! The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. There was trash overflowing everywhere on the 4th floor! Roaches crawling around! This hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness ASAP!

There was a roach crawling on the wall as we entered the room and we turned right around and left. We did not stay and of course did not get reimbursed for the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It smelled of smoke and pot. We changed rooms because we couldn't breathe in the first one, but the second one was bad too. Very dirty. Many broken things everywhere. Very loud. There was loud base music all night shaking the walls and bed and screaming and banging. We did not sleep at all. We almost went to sleep in the car. I would not stay here and do not recommend it at all.

The room had a foul odor and smelled like someone was smoking in it. The other guests were loud in the hallways. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway. The bed sheets were dirty and the floor appeared to not have been swept. The hair dryer was rusted. The AC was out of date and dirt and debris was covering it. The paint was peeling off the walls. The room was outdated. It looked like a jail cell.

The bathroom was filthy, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The bedsheets looked like they were reused from the previous guest.

This place is disgusting. Flies and roaches. Switched to another room and roaches on the headboard of the bed. So nasty we decided to leave.

Shower didn't drain and humidity made the floor very slippery. Would not stay here again.

Stains all over - including bed and sheets. Ants on AC unit. Broken shower rod and light switch. Leaky shower faucet. Hair on floor. Dirty elevator.

Only one face towel in the room and television wasn’t working

The outside was a construction mess. The person at check in was not friendly nor pleasant. The AC didn’t work in the room. The bathroom door had major water damage because the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. For having been an “updated” room it was horrible and not complete.

Overall ok. TV kept showing someone trying to connect with us. The notice would not go away until a long period of tìme. Could not arrow down to cancel

The hotel is in terrible condition. It appears they are working through a renovation but we had a room that seemed to have been renovated but the craftsmanship was terrible. There was flooring missing, jagged tile thresholds in the bathroom. Lights didn't work. They painted everything but didn't replace fixtures. The bathroom door was rotten through, all the towel hooks, tp holder, and hinges in the bathroom were rusted, the shower was a mess. It was a really bad hotel room and not clean, dead bugs along the baseboards and construction debris. The textbook definition of putting lipstick on pig, and they did a really bad job applying the lipstick. The staff at the property were very kind. We were there for less than 5 hours to catch an early flight.

Several things needed maintenance, including room door and window, which were both not closing properly.

While aesthetically this building is nice to look at, when you get close up it's easy to see the the aging of the property. I stayed in room 307 My room's TV did not work (it would power in, but the Dish console did not work). When I reported it to the receptionist, she just gave me another remote. She didn't attempt to change my room or even come to look at the problem. She explained that maintenance was gone for the day and if the extra remote didn't work, to call the front desk. I said, I would love to but the phone in my room did not work either and wasn't even plugged in. Like, literally there was no cord to plug it in. She told me to call the front desk with my cell phone but didn't provide a number. Additionally, my refrigerator was not plugged in. The walls in my room had some type of water damage. The room smelled of smoke. The tub's stopper did not work, and there wereburn marks in the carpet.

Had to move rooms 3 times because of no internet or cable. Rooms were dusty and dirty like it wasn’t cleaned for months. Moved into the last room to find roach eggs under the tv stand and crawling around the tv area.

Airport shuttle was very unhelpful and unfriendly to older gentlemen and ladies riding as passengers. Bathroom door was broken, as was table/seat in room. Room, elevators, and general floor were not as clean as they should be. Do not plan to return.

The property cancelled my reservation without calling me or reaching out, on the night of my stay. I arrived at the hotel and was told they were sold out after paying and presenting my confirmation number for my reservation. The front desk person assured me a refund would be issued. The front desk then marked my reservation as a “no show”. This resulted in the hotel refusing to refund me my $163. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and lack of regard to rectify the situation. The fact they will not refund me my money after cancelling my reservation without any communication is incredibly discouraging

This was my first time at this type of property and my honest review. Whenni arrived i loved that dunkin and shells gas station was across the street. Parking was pretty easy as I arrived at about 8pm and there were plenty of spots to choose from. The hotel however presented a bit unclean in the lobby. Multiple brown spots in the wall when entering and rug was definitely run down. The front desk lady was not very friendly while checking in. We got our room ket and breakgast voucher and carried on. Upon entering there was a weird stench in the room and one of the kights were not working. I called downstairs and she quickly and easily gave me another room. The bede were very comfy and pillows were very soft. I checked for bugs and other possibilities of getting a hotel. The walls were thin as i heard a baby crying all night. But thats ok the halls were dingy and more spots in the ceiling. Overall the stay was worth the amount per night. Im very happy to rate this a 3/5 hotel. I cant give a review on the breakfast as it started at 7 and ended at 10 and we werent up yet. If i could make a recommendation i would say ipdate the halls to not smell funky and also make breakfast until 1030 or 11am. Otherwise good stay for us. Thanks.

This is an excellent property to stay. I was just amazed by the hospitality I received. This is my go to hotel whenever I am back in town again.

Parking was great no issues and the staff was amazing. Check in was smooth and easy. My room was very comfortable and I ya good rest. Shower temp and pressure was phenomenal.

Arrived on time even though my flight was delayed. Upon arrival multiple people were smoking weed and cigarettes in the entrance. Trash was in bags on the ground. Upon entering no one was at the front desk counter for at least 25 minutes. When staff returned she indicated she was in the restroom - a note left on the front counter would have been appropriated. Upon entering the room it did not seem to be cleaned and had to order supplies to clean myself even after leaving because that’s the type of guest I am. Last but least the WiFi service wasn’t secured when I was given a password that didn’t give me an option to enter to access the internet to complete my work. The front desk staff did have any answer to assist in my complaint throughout my stay. The pictures of the hotel was almost false advertisement, the lobby itself was extremely clean and presentable unlike my too which reeks of smoke smells and mildew. The bed was soft and the best out of my entire experience. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

July 31-August 1 all of my flights to Baltimore were cancelled. I had absolutely no way of getting there. I was stranded in Ohio. I tried calling the hotel, expedia tried calling the hotel but they just do not answer the phone. I was hoping for a refund or reschedule but I got nothing.

Everyone at this hotel was great the best front desk managers I have ever had a good experience with. They made sure all my needs were met good job

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude I stayed for three days and housekeeping continued into the room even though I had a do not disturb sign, the worst was when i went to breakfast went back to my room and it was cleaned before I had a chance to get my belongings and checked out.

i been in this area before,and its a great place to be outside of baltmore easy access any where u want to go? i will be returning next year?

First of all, we were supposed to get a king size bed, which we paid for we ended up giving a double the guy said they didn’t have any left. Never got any refund of any thing. The hotel is quite dilapidated however it was close to the cruise terminal, which was the main reason for us taking this hotel. I guess if you’re only gonna be in it for a few hours like us, it’s fine not a place I would recommend to go as the main of your vacation

Didnt feel safe has all these thugs lounging around the halls. Then they were running through the halls like children.

Upon entering the lobby, met with smell of smoke and muggy air. Dehumidifiers along hallway. Bathtub/shower was mess of broken tile, dirty and overall unclean. The location itself felt very unsafe. I didn’t feel like I could safely stay there or go back out to my car at any point after dark. I left shortly after checking in and went to another hotel in DC.

The room are not done each Day. The breakfast was not available at each Day. The cleanless of the commun Area are not good.

Room was very clean the only issue was the person doing breakfast didn't show up so nobody received breakfast even though we paid for it plus the first day we was there the breakfast person was late.

Though the hotel has no smoking signs everywhere the entire thing wreaked of Marijuana. There was no wifi available even though it said it was. When we asked they said it wasn't working. They deactivated our room cards every day for a multi day stay so we had to go down to the front desk every day and get them reactivated. Breakfast was very limited and it off alot of items. The bathroom the paint was peeling due to poor ventilation.

Breakfast was a joke. Consisted of one bagel, one to go bowl of cereal, one juice, one fruit and terrible coffee or hot tea. Shower was dirty, one of the tv's would not work. A/c in one room never worked and the other only the fan worked no cold air. drape would not fully block out the window by 2 feet. No place for towels in the bathrooms. hot and cold hooked up to the wrong side of the sink faucet. Coffee pot in the room had not been cleaned in who knows how long.

The hotel was as described, check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The "free breakfast" was at the restaurant connected to the hotel, but we had to walk out in the snow and around to get to it. It was a small table with muffins, apples and dry cereal. More options would have been nice.

EASY CHECK-IN (LIZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL& EXPEDIANT. CLEAN ROOM. GREAT DINING AT "9 FIVE" RESTAURANT. CONVENIENT TO HIGHWAY & BALTIMORE SIGHTS.

The property is all you need for one nigth, dont count on the breakfast, the bad part is that they charge other costo me almost the double of the expedia price

We stayed one night and it was okay. The bed was comfy we were on the 3 rd floor. The desk guys were nice and very busy. The shuttle guy is across the median when you walk out door 14 next to spirit airlines ticketing counter. On floor two. The hotel is not gross but it’s not great either. The breakfast is outside and down the sidewalk. The woman is there to watch exactly what you take. You are entitled to 1 fruit, 1 muffin or bagel, 1 cereal and juice or milk. It was quiet in the area. The pillows were nice. Some updating in hallways like carpet or hardwood floors would make a big difference. The elevators need some work and the rolling cart for luggage is falling apart. It was okay for our one night before the cruise. The uber to Baltimore cruise port was $26.00 with a tip. The hotel has a bus starting back up next weekend the 26th of May. I believe the sign said $25. For two guest and $5.00 additional per person but don’t quote me on the extra person thing.
