Definitely a budget stay. The geographic location is convenient, decent Mexican restaurant in the parking lot and close to lots of places. The room stank so badly of cigarettes that when I checked out I had to find a laundromat and wash ALL my clothing (even the clean stuff that was just sitting in my suitcase) and change the filter on my CPAP. I cannot stress how badly this place smells of cigarettes. The ice machine was out order. Maintenance worker was verbally abusing another worker, including use of profanity. The pros are that it was quiet at night! Again this is nothing fancy. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Worst thing was the cigarette smoke.

It was a great stay at an affordable price. The staff are beyond helpful and make sure you’re comfortable. They were organized and very polite. This is my quick go to when I need it. The rooms are a good size and although they’re pretty basic, they’re clean and still welcoming. They are also pet friendly which is also a plus!

This hotel offered a modestly priced room that included a refrigerator and microwave, both much appreciated. The room was small, which is to be expected for a modestly priced accommodation. The bed and linens were clean as was the room generally. We happened to stay there when there were several different sets of noisy guests, which revealed how easily outside sound traveled into the room.

Walking distance to a restaurant & fur baby friendly. A very clean room microwave & fridge in room. The towels were very soft and pretty big to what I'm used to seeing in a hotel room with good smelling amenities especially the shampoo. I guess you can say we shut the lights off at motel 6 that we always use. Travel lodge has gained our business. A poo bag for your fur babies. I had brought our own cause most don't have them. Exceptional service.

The building was in poor repair. Apparently homeless people were wandering around the parking lot and sidewalk. The card-reader lock was loose on the outside of the door; I felt as though I could pull the lock off of the door. The free wi-fi was so slow I finally left the motel and drove to a public library branch to do my computer work. I'm not a fan of most hotels' continental breakfast, but at least most have a breakfast. For the same money I could have stayed at a much nicer place.

To be honest, it wasn't too bad for the $48 per night I spent. I certainly didn't enjoy the smell of cigarettes and weed that persisted both inside and outside of my room. I also used a black light to check my "cleaned sheets"... I ended up asking for a new set and swapping it out myself. The floor, while not visibly dirty, certainty felt gross and left stains on my white socks. Pretty annyoed by the flying bugs in my room. I did like the AC and how it kept me cool in my bed, as it points directly at the bed. The front desk people were pleasant to interact with during check-in and check-out. Overall, you get what you're paying for.

I was very disappointed due to the fact is stayed 5 nights and my room was never cleaned not once. I complained the day before checking out. It was a bad experience. I am originally from Peoria. I remember it as the Red Roof in. I would stay every time I came to town. I probably will not stay there again.

My husband and I stayed overnight and woke up with a dead bedbug on the bed. Absolutely horrible. This hotel should not operate in its current state. It’s beyond unsanitary to have bedbugs.

The room had trash on the ground in the bathroom, stains all over the bed sheets and burn marks all over the room. We ended up in a smoking room somehow stated all of them were smoking rooms. The smell was so bad it was like it was soaked in smoke we went to the closest store to buy febreze and that couldnt even cover it up. We woke up coughing all the next day due to smokey room. Will never be back!

It was nice and quiet, my only complaint was the bed, very very uncomfortable. I about fell outta the bed about 5 times and it kept shifting, my honey and I were celebrating valentines day late and let's just say that we couldn't enjoy ourselves because we felt the bed was going to break.

This hotel is at a very busy intersection of major street though town and the interstate so you will have some noise, all rooms having an exterior entrance. Over all property itself well kept and pretty quiet, several restaurants very close also adds some traffic noise. Room would use some updating but clean and not broken down. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year and never had a problem.

The room was great that it was on the 1st floor. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and they didn't clean up very well. Paint on the floor, headboard, etc. I had a hard time regulating the heat/air. There were lovely empty beer bottles in the grass outside my front door.

The bedding was clean. The bed was rock hard. The tub and baseboards were dirty and the toilet seat was stained (needs to be replaced). There was what looked like dried vomit on the door to enter the room. And the TV was not even close to 50".

The rooms were completely remodeled and really nice inside. Very clean in the rooms. However the outside and location is sketchy. People hanging outside their hotel room doors smoking weed. Loitering. Also they dont have extra pillows. Two little pillows were not enough. The hotel was good for what we needed it for in a pinch.

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarettes. The changed our room with no hassle. We had an "accessible" room that was somewhat accessible. There were grab bars in the bathroom and a seat in the tub, but the hand-held shower head was mounted almost at the ceiling. If someone was seated there's no way they could reach it. The sink was very high too ... Chest height. I didn't realize when I booked the room it was a residential motel offered for weekly rates. Had I been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. (Tried adding photos, but couldn't)

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. So much in fact, that my clothes all smelled like smoke a day later when I got back to North Carolina. All night long, I heard people arguing in the parking lot of the restaurant/bar next door. Also some alarm outside kept going off (not a car alarm, more like a fire alarm). The area, in general, was rough. The nearby mall is dying, so consequently neighboring businesses are also struggling and it shows in the nearby hotels. I'm from the Peoria area, and this used to be the good budget-friendly area to stay when visiting home. I used to regularly stay in this area with my wife and three kids. My daughter was supposed to stay with me, but ended up staying with family. I'm glad she did. I won't be staying in this part of town again. Better to try near Grand Prairie.

Room needs updating. Nothing pleasing to look at, but it had everything needed and plenty of TV channels. Shower was warm. I wasn’t expecting much so I can’t say I was too disappointed. I got what I paid for. Staff was easy to deal with. No problems. Plenty to eat and a mall nearby.

Nice place to stay for a simple trip, we used this place whenever we have appointments that are early in the morning in Peoria, this time was better we discovered university drive which had shopping, food all within a mile from the motel

Very helpful and very understanding of our situation to make sure we had a room on the ground floor, girlfriend is handicapped and stairs wouldn’t have worked, room was clean and fit our needs and being close to perkins was a plus, if you need a place to sleep and just need bare necessities this motel is it if you’re in the area
