The staff was wonderful, and the sheets were very soft, and the beds were super comfortable. However, the room was so damp that you didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The pool was closed, the computers were missing, I guess they had been stolen, so it was pretty rundown. still when you’re really only there for the night and you need a comfortable bed to sleep and it worked just fine.

The rooms were bot very clean nor the pool area. Breakfast disnt even start until after 7 a.m no laundry soap in vending machines. Ice machine barley worked and they made you pay a 250 deposit when you arrive and no where does it say so.

We had to arrive after 8 p.m. Our prepaid 2-queen bed room had been given away, but we were given a 2-room suite with a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. So the substitute was ok and an improvement with 2 bathrooms. Facilities were reasonably clean. Pool was packed with screaming kids on a Saturday night. Thought there was supposed to be a hot tub, but never found. Overall, stay was satisfactory, and with a surprising gift of substitute suite.

Breakfast was the best part of the day and meeting the food manager. The rest of the stay was terrible. I will never stay there again or probably seriously look at rooms at Quality Inns. The hotel was filthy! Our room could not have been cleaned at all. There was gravel all over the floor. Fingernail clippings one the floor. Dirt on the bedspreads. The curtains and valance were coated with dirt and stains. The bathroom had a coating on dried muddy water on it from a dirty mop and muddy foot prints on the tub. We had clean towels and I hope it was clean sheets. The pool was broken.the whole hotel smells musty. Just skip this place.

When I arrived and checked into my room I found a room that was dirty. The bedspread was on the floor, no sheets on the bed, bathroom was dirty, bathtub had visible footprints in it, and no toilet paper. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for another room and was told none were available, but that housekeeping would clean the room. By the time I arrived back at the hotel after dinner, the room had been cleaned as promised. However the condition of the carpet in the room was so bad I wore my shoes the entire time I was in the room, and there were cobwebs in the window. The bed was somewhat comfy, however considering the general condition of the rest of the hotel (desperately needs to updates), I worried about bedbugs all night long. Also, it had the strangest bathtub fixture I'd ever seen. You could only change the water temperature if you turned the water off, and then turned the handle. Very weird.

Room was clean, service at the desk was excellent. Carpet in room felt damp and the closer I got to the bathroom, carpet was wet, room was very damp. Was awakened three times during the night by a very loud noice, not sure what it was but did not get the sleep I needed to continue my travels.

We were only staying for one night and leaving the next morning but one we checked in and brought all of our stuff up to the room we left and came back 3-4 hours later. Upon our return the microwave did not work and the TV looks like it was broken or damaged as all of the characters on the screen had a green outline around them. I reported both of these to the front desk immediately upon finding these things out. Also, the next morning we noticed some huge soft spots in the shower/tub and a huge crack on the floor of the shower/tub combo. Felt something sharp on the bottoms of our feet, something sticking out of it. In additions, it literally felt as if we might fall backwards while taking our showers. I suggested to staff that maybe they need to removed the shower/tub install to see if there are any weak/rotting wood maybe due to age or a leak. We were just down the hall from the pool. I took pictures and reported this to the front desk staff prior to checking out. Staff was very responsive and had the maintenance person come to our room just prior to checkout and then again called up this same person to take a look at the shower. Maintenance was very nice. All staff very nice, pleasant, and welcoming Inside lobby was decorated very nice for the holidays, not too much just enough. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of things to eat and drink, great for families traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

1- The person who checked us in was very hard to understand. 2- The pillows on the bed were very small like for a twin bed not a king bed, not very comfortable. 3- The shower did not have any grab bars to hang onto getting in and out. I asked for a walk in shower and got a bathtub shower combination.

After a horrendous experience at a different hotel and driving for 14 hours, arriving here was refreshing as it was 100% accurate with the online listing. The hostess Ariel was extremely welcoming and was actually at the front desk though we arrived after 10pm. She let us choose the room that was most convenient for us. The lobby is massive and tidy. The room was VERY AFFORDABLE! This is our first time at a Quality Inn but it will certainly not be our last. This is the way ALL hotels should be. We have another long drive in the morning and this was exactly what we needed to decompress and rejuvenate ourselves for the last trek of our journey back to Pennsylvania. 100/100 would recommend staying here, top notch service all around!

The grounds and facility looked decent when we walked in, but our room keys didn't work. We went back to the front desk to reset them, and they still didn't work after the reset. After returning to the front desk againt, ithey worked, but the room smelled somewhat of cigarette smoke. Then the TV didn't receive the signal from the remote, so we walked back to the desk to change rooms. Key didn't work on the 2nd room. The employee at the front desk said that maintenance would have to reset the lock at 7 am. When he didn't show, we let the front desk know. The morning shift front desk employee said that we would have to get new keys, again, for our 2nd night. We returned that night and picked up our new keys. When we tried to go to the pool... guess what... The key wouldn't work on the pool door. We gave up at this point. Our only other displeasure was the constant smell of weed in the halls. We won't stay here next time.

My Family reunion was schedule for Peoria this year. To make things easier for my grandmother we booked a room at the hotel with family and scheduled her roof repair. When we arrived we were refused a room because we live locally. I explained the situation to the front desk clerk as we had prepaid on Expedia. They still refused to give us a room stating it was the owner ‘s policy. When I asked to speak with the owner they said they could not give me that information and I could call the manager Monday. I will never book here again and if my 10 rooms reserved by our family had not already checked in they would have left as well.

Check in was easy, wasn’t happy about putting down a $250 security deposit. This hotel is worn through the years and could use some serious updating. Pot smell was evident throughout my stay, hence the $250 security deposit for smoking in the rooms. Unfortunately, condition of this hotel was once great and hasn’t been kept up like it should be. Pretty common for Peoria area hotels over time.

The person at the front desk was gone . People were standing at the desk for assistance. We needed to find out what room we were in but no person at the desk. We were tired and standing at the desk at 8pm with our luggage. Not a good experience with this hotel.

It was hit and miss with the front desk, some of them were AWESOME and others were there in body only, had zero personality. The breakfast eggs, well, not sure if they are really eggs, really nasty tasting, but the breakfast attendant was super nice. For the price I paid, it is what it is, they have low rates so you have to have some give and take.

Hotel was clean and service was attentive. Breakfast was more than adequate and replenished quickly when there was an increase of demand. Building is a little dated, but overall a great stay. Right in the middle of everything, was able to easily get to shopping and the softball complex on one end and to the river and museums on the other.
