It’s not the best room but it’s great value for the money you pay. If you are planning to see the real Cancun then having a really nice room is wasted. I will stay there again.

The place looks ghetto from the outside because of the location but super cute boutique asthetic and nice once you step inside. Very helpful staff

Clean room, very clean front desk, and friendly staff. Facilities are very outdated. The rooms could be very loud especially at night time since there is no sound insulation so you can hear everything at night, but it does the job if you're only planning to stay for a couple of days. There are very few rooms with a safe for your documents/valuables so make sure you ask for a room that has one and MAKE sure it works

Overall it was a plesant stay, especially if youre traveling and dont plan on staying in the room a whole lot. The property itself is nice, the only issue we had was cats around our doors and peeing everywhere so the hallway reeked of cat pee. The room was nice, had a bed, a TV, balcony, but no fridge or any kitchen necessities other than a random sink in the room. Like I said, it was pretty decent for what we paid. If youre on a budget and dont care about any of those things, this is the place for sure. Its right in downtown and getting taxis or ubers was extremely easy and only about 10-15 away from the main beaches. Would definitely stay again and possibly just upgrade!
