Great location near museums, Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Coliseum and Botanical Gardens all within walking distance. Hotel amenities are minimal. No on-site restaurant and few within walking distance. Meager breakfast. Shower water pressure was awful. On site food was minimal, mostly candy and chips. We did appreciate the on-site parking at no additional cost.

The breakfast was awful. It had watery oatmeal, stale cereal, and cold eggs. That was about it. The check-in staff was complaining about working because they’d been up all night partying and were ready to go home. The location was walking distance to Dickie’s Arena but it was like a drag strip with loud cars all night.

Check in was AWFUL! There was a concert near the hotel, so there was a big line to check in and only 1 staff member. Plus, check in takes longer at this hotel because you have to register your car to get a parking pass for their garage. I tried to check in online to get a digital key to our room, but it wouldn’t let me do it, so I called customer service. They didn’t help AT ALL! They put me on hold and called the hotel and said no one answered. Yes, that’s because it was only one person and she was extremely busy. I ended up on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and finally just hung up. Zero resolution nor did they seem apologetic about the situation.
