We booked this hotel to get some sleep as we had a 10 hour layover at DFW after traveling about 15 hours already. Their site says they have a shuttle service from DFW however when we got in around midnight, we called the front desk and also the main reservation number and no one picked up. We thought maybe the shuttle automatically runs but after waiting 20 minutes and calling repeatedly (no answer), we took an uber. The woman at the front desk was helping a flight attendant check in and the phone kept ringing unanswered. Super annoying as we would have picked a different hotel if we knew how unreliable the service is.

The elevator was pretty scary. The door would only open about 2-3 inches, and you had to pull really hard to get it the rest of the way open. The whole hotel felt pretty rundown and poorly maintained. Otherwise, the bed and staff were great, so I give it an 8/10 overall.

They advertised a shuttle from the airport but they didn't say that it comes so infrequently that it might as well not exist. And they lied to me on the phone telling me "it's coming, it's coming, just stay there" I had to wait in this dusty construction area of the airport for well over an hour until their gross van came and picked us up. Then when i got to the property they pulled a bait and switch on us and made us pay for an "upgraded" room because they downgraded us and they refused to give us the room we paid for unless we paid extra. You can find a better place than this scam.

It took us about an HOUR to get to the hotel that was only 2 miles from the airport, because the driver kept picking additional people up, and circling the airport. He just would not leave the airport until every seat was filled in the super van. We would have taken an uber had we known. It was awful to drive for so long, so late at night. Perhaps we drove an additional 10 miles or more, continually circling the airport. The other passengers were shocked at this, too, like being in an endless loop in the Twilight Zone, when you are so exhausted, and just want to go to sleep. It was a slow torture. Then they only had 1 staff member to check a long line of people in, again, at about midnight. The free shuttle was far from free. And there was a cockroach in the tiny bathroom of our room to greet us. The room smelled bad, so we kept the a/c on all night. I could not sleep, worrying about other potential creepy crawling bugs. There will not be a next time, because I will spend more to be in a nicer place. Sorry, this is not my idea of "Quality".

Shuttle service is terrible. The shuttle vehicle is old and in poor working condition. There was a spring ticking out of the seat that my wife ripped a hole in her pants sliding over the seat. The hotel does not offer a courtesy bottle of water and the water dispenser in the lobby does not work.

It’s no fancy hotel, but you get what you pay for—and for the price, it was decent! I had a good stay with an on-time airport shuttle, a clean room, a comfy bed, and good breakfast options. The room also had cable TV, which was nice to relax with. Perfect for a quick trip when you just need something simple and convenient.

It was okay. It could’ve been worse in so many ways. The room seemed clean but the bathroom had black short hair all over it especially in the shower which kind of grossed me out. The worst part in staying there was the smell. It didn’t just smell old but really dirty smell to it. Not sure how to explain. I was really disappointed. The pool was okay but not maintained in cleanliness had a lot of dirt in the bottom of the pool etc. floors inside the building were not clean at all. Did check for bed bugs didn’t find any so that was a plus lol. But we just needed a place to lay our heads on before having to fly first thing in the morning.

I'll begin by saying that the staff were lovely. Kind and professional. Aside from that, the first room we were given smelled very bad and was the smallest room I've ever seen, with just enough to walk around the bed. The second was bigger but the bathroom door wouldn't close and the a/c didn't work. The furniture looked like it was purchased at a flea market. The towels were dirty and the shower extremely slippery.

It is a decent property for the price. Staff was very friendly, our room was clean, breakfast was ok, and the location was convenient. My only complaint was a very noisy child or children in the room above us at 11:30 pm the first night. We asked and were put on the third floor for our return stay only to be awakened at 2:30 am by the people in the room next to ours. Maybe not such a good place to stay if you want a good night's sleep.

Good value for money. Spacious room, king bed, large mini-fridge, microwave, reliable shuttle to and from airport, good selection of continental breakfast (hot scrambled eggs and waffles) are all included. The place was clean. The staff all around were friendly. In addition the hotel was across a Denny’s and a gas station with a Speedy’s where you can get a meal and stuff. I really appreciated what they had when I missed a connection due to AA’s 6-hour maintenance issue.
