I think for the price, the hotel was ok. Checking in with a Kiosk was new to me and had no problem with that. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly . The room was very clean , but the hotel it's self needs some TLC. The ice machines dont work and the one and only one for the entire hotel barley made ice. The building is being painted which is going to make it almost a 4 star stay for me.

I will preface this with the fact that I do normally stay in more expensive hotels, so my standards have been slightly skewed. For traveling on a budget, this place really isn't that bad. It was as clean as it could be with the age and wear of the property. Beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. AC worked well. Curtains kept out all the light. Shower had good water pressure. The pool itself was in great shape, but the pool area could use some work. The negatives: vent in bathroom was very loud and sounded like it would give out at any second. One of the outlets/bedside lamps didn't work. Parking lot smelled of weed (not property's fault) and room smelled just a little musty but not terrible. The lounge chairs in the pool area are so worn out they are unusable and there aren't any towels out in the pool area. I don't eat breakfast at hotels, but there was a sign that they would no longer be doing breakfast, just free coffee. If traveling with someone with mobility issues, definitely ask for a room facing the parking lot, as the rooms facing the courtyard are far from parking.

The breakfast was a scam. Only bread and pancakes. The pictures of the gym are fake. The gym Is extremely tiny and smells very bad . The service was bad and when I asked for a room change the employee had a very bad attitude. Awful. Never ever coming black.

The carpet in the room was nasty, the bathtub mat was dirty and the ice machine was out of service. But there was a convenient inner court for walking your pets, so that was nice.

The hotel was in a convenient location right off the freeway, but other than that the room was dirty. Upon entering the light fixtures by the bed were broken, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted, the marble in the shower was broken, and the crack was filled in with silicone, the chest of drawers would not open, the carpet was burnt from the Iron. I requested housekeeping at 10 AM on a Saturday. The front desk advised me someone would be right up came back to my room 4 PM. It was still not clean when the housekeeper showed up. They advised me they typically do not clean on the weekends, they were doing it as a service and if we were in the room, they were not going to clean it because they had to leave, I asked for at least fresh towels and the garbage is to be changed. Never once was the bed cleaned or remade during my stay this hotel or inn Leaves a lot to Desired the photos on the website are a lot nicer than the rooms actually are it is very misleading. The only reason I stayed through the entirety of my trip was the room was not refundable or I would’ve checked out and went elsewhere.

Room smelled very clean. One lamp was no/could not be plugged in, the other had damaged shade. Juice machine out of juice at breakfast. Otherwise everything worked, was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful all around. Would stay again.

Well it was all good the first night. I did have bites on me but i assumed that it was mosquitoes due to spending the day at six flags. We cane back the second night and the next mornings we woke up with more bites so i lifted the sheets up and i found a bed bug in my sheets. I informed the front desk and all they could say was thanks and sorry and they would block the room. Now i went shopping and had blankets clothes and pillows of my own that i threw away because i can not take the change to bring that home. That happened to me year ago and cost me over a 1000 dollars to get my house treated.i feel that i should get a full refund for this and this whole place should shut down for 24 hours and not rent out new rooms and get this evaluated for the safety of future people. If someone takes those home it will be a very costly thing i tried to add the video butnit will not let me but you can call the hotel and they will tell u

To me , days inn is a 3 star hotel. This was 1.5~2 stars at best because of how much it undercut the quality one expects of days in Hotel. But I draw the line not at the illegal activity of the tenants around me, but at the absolute ant infestation that was evident everywhere. Ants in the lamps, in the bathtub on the countertops etc

Room 230 had roaches crawling as soon as I walked in. Got switched to room 220 with even more roaches. They didn’t want to refund me and we were forced to keep the room. We didn’t go to sleep because roaches were crawling on the bed, walls, counters. There were baby roaches in the refrigerator and microwave. I took pics and videos..it was disgusting.

The room smelled bad! The carpet was so sticky we had to leave shoes on to walk across the floor. The door to the room had a 1" gap between the door and the frame from door knob to almost bottom of door. Outside was very run down felt like we were in a potential drug area.

Germam cockroach nymphs on the nightstand, hair in the shower drain and a general odor of mildew in the room. My flight arrived late in the evening so i just dealt with it, but left as soon as i woke up.

My overall stay was good. The room had a weird smell, but I got air freshener and candles that helped with that. Opening the door and letting the room air out was something to do as well. The room was clean, 10/10 for that. I was able to park in front on my room door which was a plus. Not a lot of noise especially since the motel is by the e-way. I was able to close the curtain and keep my room dark and cool. Peace is what I was aiming for and peace is what I got.

Location wise it was 15 mins from downtown Dallas. But the entrance to the hotel was surrounded by construction, which made it difficult to go in and out. The people around the hotel looked sketchy. My room was clean minus the fridge not being emptied out or working. Also, the bed was hard. The front desk staff had decent service. The breakfast was sorry and barely had anything, and the server was rude. Wasn’t terrible for the price, but I would never stay here again.

Upon checking in the young female at counter spoke fast and very softly had to keep asking to repeat herself. The room was not very welcoming. Carpeted had a patch that I tripped on, wasn’t expecting carpeting to be repaired at door. The covered chair was very, very dirty didn’t even sit in it. The cabinet and drawers were in disrepair the drawers didn’t close properly. Two of the 3 drawers couldn’t open since middle drawer was broken. So just used my suitcase to keep clothes in. The only positive thing was the bed and pillows were comfortable. The so called Room Service menu was outdated one place was out of business. Informed front desk that perhaps their HQ should be informed of this. It seemed to me that some of the rooms are rented out for long term housing, as the people next door had plenty of laundry baskets of laundry piled up by their room. As for me I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning. Don’t rely on the pictures you see on booking sites. Lesson learned.

OMG! this king suite with heart shaped jacuzzi was amazing! the TV swiveled so that we could watch tv from the jacuzzi. The room was huge. Despite the size, the air-condition system cooled the room quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere around the hotel was very quiet. I slept very well.

The property tried to charge me on top of my Expedia reservation. Not a hold, I had already done that as part of the check in process. Once Expedia contacted them and confirmed they owed me a refund, they immediately called me and told me they needed to reverse the refund. The guy who checked me in ran the card without notice then tried to argue with me and gaslight me into thinking he wasn’t double charging me. He called said Expedia charge was “their commission only” It also must be known for drugs and prostitution because I got pulled over just leaving. Once the officer realized I wasn’t on that, he apologized and let me go. Room was clean. Bed was clean. but the bathroom was not. Someone’s hair was everywhere and there were half used shampoo bottles behind the toilet seat lid. Disgusting.

I normally don't post reviews, but for the safety of others think it's appropriate. Had to book a room very last minute as our flight in Dallas was cancelled. When we arrived, the front-desk personalle was extremely rude. After we arrived to our room I phoned in to ask about wifi and promptly hung up on me as soon as I was double checking I had the password correct. No other exchanges. Nothing but a hang up. Very unprofessional. The kicker was the fact there was blood soaked into the carpet. It looked like someone was stabbed, and nobody cared to clean it. It didn't help there was also a needle INSIDE of our coffee machine. We have photos of the needles and blood because we were mortified. I have never seen a room so unhygienically safe in my life. Needless to say, stay away.

Friday: kept up through out the night by occupants who were running on the top floor. At 430PM in the morning, there was someone yelling “please someone help me”. This was followed by a blaze of police cars Saturday: the upstairs guests didn’t relent so went to the reception to complain in person. They were not aware of the police coming and the possible crime on their property. Was asked to dial zero for “immediate help”. Sunday and Monday: yelling while I was in official meetings. Dialed zero but no one picks up. The staff were pulling barrows with metal wheels over concrete that created the loudest and the longest sound I ever heard. They couldn’t have done this earlier or later this had to be during working hours. General: ceiling is broken and badly patched up. No house keeping ever knocked. No one mentioned the free breakfast promised.

There is no room cleaning on weekends. We were not told that when we arrived. We requested some towels after finding the room wasn’t cleaned and they were never delivered as promised. Had to go to the office the next morning to pick them up. Not in an area that felt safe walking around in.

Upon arrival I was not greeted, when someone did finally come around they asked "what do you need" I responded that i had made a reservation through expedia and I was checking in. He says "oh ok, so you need 1 room?" I said yes I booked one room. He asks have I paid and I said yes I have, I can give you the reservation number if that makes it easier. He said no and then proceeds to ask me how many rooms how many beds, smoking or non smoking. I answered all of them but... I already made a reservation, why are we treating this like a whole new reservation instead of just "checking me in" for the reservation I already booked? Anyways fast forward to evening time. I go and try to bathe my daughter and the little piece that you pull up on the faucet to get the shower on is so corroded that I can\'t pull it up at all No biggie I\'ll call down for help. Well the phone doesn\'t work.. I use my cell- no answer. Finally walk down there to ask for help. Im told maintenance will come. I waited from around 630pm to 1030pm when I told my kiddo she\'d just need to go to sleep dirty. I tried to use the tub but the water wasn\'t getting warm either. Next morning we go down and ask again if someone can plz fix the shower. Finally after waiting from 630pm to the next morning at 810am someome came to fix it with pliers and WD40.... Next time we come to the area I\'ll cough out an extra 70 bucks to stay somewhere we can actually shower at. One night here cost 140 bucks. Buyer beware.

The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. I requested a late check out and was told that it was fine and then the day of my check out I was told that I had to leave or be charged for another day by another employee. Needless to say I won’t be staying there anymore.

I had a last minute reservation. Considering we were right under a highway overpass and many construction workers employees, the place was noise free. We slept comfortably and got a good nights rest. The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial.

Due to construction traffic GPS sent me in circles for several minutes before I actually got to the location. When I got there, check in was smooth, the gentleman checking me in was nice and efficient. However, I would say this property is NOT for families or women traveling alone. This property is a hot spot for truckers, transients, and prostitutes. It's not a quiet property.

Construction taking place. Detours all over the place. Not easy to get to. Trucking school next to it, careful driving on parking area. Guest begging for money for cigarettes and knocking late at night. Feels unsafe and run down area. Almost felt like i’d arrived at the liquor store surrounded by whinos and women doing tricks. Room cleaning left much to be desired, old carpets, writing on walls, broken chairs and light fixtures. Had family been with me, i would have ran out even after paying. Hope area and place improves when construction ends.

Pictures on site are very misleading. This property is not in a good area and there is construction all around, making it very difficult to get to. The front desk staff are rude and not very helpful at all. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was reprimanding another employee while she was getting my card info and room key. My room faced the parking lot and I could every outside noise like they were inside my room - people talking, cars starting, etc. The free breakfast was meager at best. Room was fairly clean, but extremely dated.

Honestly it was a cool nice hotel until I got stopped by the police when I was leaving the parking lot and told me how that hotel is very unsafe and people do drugs/ prostitution there so they assume I was part of that. Left that same night after everything the cops told me about that area.

Price was higher than quoted, the air conditioner leaked water on the floor, some stranger came knocking at my door at 10:00pm, there was trash under the couch, and you advertised a continental breakfast but when we arrived we were told that management decided to no longer make the continental breakfasts.

The motel room itself wasn’t bad but the outside and all the rift raft made it feel unsafe! And what little breakfast there is they won’t let you take to your room to eat!
