No servía bien el aire ,la pantalla no agarraba bien los controles sin pila

No tiene elevador y subir con maletas es complicado.

Horrible experience. When we arrived at hotel there was only one person there and they guy would not take our reservation because it was online and he did not know how to use a computer. I insisted and showed him multiple times the reservation I had with Expedia. The only think I could do was pay again and then try to get reimbursed the next day when the manager would come. I paid again and was given my room. The hotel has no elevators so I had to go up 4 flights of stairs with my bags. As we went up the stairs we started noticing a really bad smell. We got to the room and the whole room smelled like stinky toilet water. We went to sleep and woke up super early to get out of there. Really bad experience. The pictures are nothing like the real thing.

This place was nasty. No hot water, very old and ugly A lot of mosquitos and finally this place closed it down by health department. I have to look for another place at night when I came in. Horrible I hope to get my money back.

Never again. AC was leaking on the floor. It was like a pool in the morning. Water stinks. Bedsheets and towels have stains! No warm water.

La habitación que nos tocó del hotel no tenía TV, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, (falta de mantenimiento), para el precio hay mejores opciones, no cuenta con elevador.

Con pulgas, mucho ruido de los compresores de aire acondicionado. El personal deficiente. No vayan nunca.

Room was in complete disrepair. Location is great, but it is an old, smelly place. It did nevertheless, attend the needs of a short overnight.

No se realizo la limpieza de la habitación, no se colocaron toallas limpias, el personal si fue amable pero no se me presto el servicio publicado.

Nothing to do with the online photos. Fridge was rotten, bed mattress was very Much used and old, I wasn’t sure if I was going to find bed bugs or roaches…. Not a pleasant night. Was happy to leave

Cumple. Hay agua caliente e internet. Tienen jabón chiquito. Está en mi top 3 de hoteles a los que no volvería. Sin embargo te saca de un apuro.

We should up and the man didn’t even have a computer to put in my reservation number! He said there was no reservation and accused me of faking a email reservation! Thankfully Hotels.com was able to help me and my life late at night

No tengo palabras para describir el buen servicio y la calidad de las habitaciones. Me he alojado allí dos veces y fueron días estupendos. Volveré porque tuve problemas para caminar y todos estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme en todo lo posible.

personal sumamente grosero, no tenian nuestra reservacion, y no fueron empaticos en brindarnos soluciones, simplemente dijeron que no tenian espacio, y que si queriamos regresaramos el dia de mañana a las 12, muy mala atencion, no entendian razones, muy mala experiencia, y un muy mal sabor de boca

People working there were very nice and helpful. But the facilities could have been better. Bed and hot water needs work.

worst experience of my life. i had booked a stay weeks in advance. everything was set but then i arrived and they didn’t have a room for me supposedly. the attendant was very cold when explaining it. i was shocked. i had no clue what to do. i asked for their wifi password and took about two hours trying to get enough wifi to figure out what to do. trying to get a hold of expedia. which were so incredibly inefficient. the attendant told me they were overbooked and that i didn’t get a room because i didn’t pay in advance. then an hour later while trying to figure out my lodging a couple came in for check in. and was given a room immediately that also hadn’t paid in advance. i was never told about paying in advance. i booked on expedia and got a receipt but apparently it was never paid by expedia. never ever use these two services. awful. i don’t wish this experience on anyone. by the grace of god found a hotel right smack middle of town. like mom always says “buying cheap cost double.”

Super mal llegué y está un Sr. Ya de edad que no sabe usar la computadora y no podía verificar la reservacion, que le dijieron que ya no avía cupo y me tuve que ir a otro hotel

As instalações são simples, mas o preço que se paga é justo. Ótimo custo benefício para se hospedar no centro de Cancún para os dias de passeio pela região. A localização é boa, dá para ir andando a um shopping próximo e tem restaurantes e lojas de conveniência por perto.
