Great hotel, great location. Both Paloma and Juniper are wonderful bars with food and excellent cocktails. Close to the falls, stores and nightlife. Valet was reasonable and convenient. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Valet parking was nice and worth the $25/day. They were very prompt in bringing the car around. The breakfast was okay but not worth the extra money. There was a drilling noise that started at about 7:00 am.

Weekend getaway in downtown Greenville. Can't beat this place. We've stayed at all the others and this is our go-to now. The most central place to all the action. Clean, comfortable rooms. Lobby bar is a hot-spot and opens to the sidewalk for great people watching. There's a rooftop bar that we haven't tried yet but may soon. Price is not cheap but fair for what you get. Easy parking in a covered deck. No complaints.

The water pressure was almost non existent, found dirty napkins rapped up in the towels. No room service although you had two restaurants within the hotel. Hotel lotion had hair in it.

Loved the balcony. It was nice to relax outside at night. Surprisingly quiet, the most noise obviously came from out the balcony area since we were on the 2nd floor. I didn’t like that I booked a king suite with a “downtown city View “ but I was only on the second floor, the only view I got was the street intersections. So that’s as disappointing as it was our first time in Greenville and wanted to see the “skyline”, If you can call it that lol, here. Another thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms were absolutely gross and dirty, even at times like 7 am or 10 am. Otherwise it was a cool hotel, very nice area to walk around.

I don't understand why hotels design their bathrooms to not have doors that close. This is becoming more popular, but why? So this hotel is lovely, very friendly staff, nice rooms. There is a big bench that stretches the length of the room to lay luggage. This is not my preference as I usually like to keep things tidy and hide my luggage. But, the big complaint is the frosted glass "barn style" sliding door to the bathroom, and no fan. If you're on a romantic trip with a new love, good luck with that. For me and my family, we planned ahead with poopouri and turned on the hair dryer for a sense of privacy. But, the door literally doesn't even close all the way. Otherwise, we had a great time!

They put us on the seventh floor, which is right below the rooftop bar and restaurant and they were dragging tables and chairs around for hours while we were trying to sleep at night and then again in the morning. when checking out, the staff told us they knew it was a problem and an issue and didn’t know why they booked people on the seventh floor. They only took our parking Charge off the bill. I came there to relax and it was a miserable night sleep.

My first impression was the desk agent attempting to charge my card for $700 which was the cost of my entire stay that I had paid for in full on Expedia.com. The beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft. Slept horrible both nights. Water gets all over the floor when you shower and you can’t barely feel the air from the a/c so it can feel stuffy at night. You definitely hear a lot of noise from the street. The only good thing is the location.

Hotel was nice. Service was terrible. Couldn’t shower due to no soap. Called twice still no show by staff. During check out young lady acted as if she cared but forgot who I was 10 minutes later trying to get on elevator. Coffe pot in room was horrible.

Made a reservation 3 months ago - less than 48 hours before the reservation, they booted my wife and I out of the King Suite and gave it to a corporate group. This hotel does not care at about the customer. DO NOT GO HERE - THERE ARE MANY OTHER HOTELS IN GREENVILLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Their food at Junipers is awful as well - just check out Trip Advisor!!

I had ordered a king bed on Expedia. When I checked in online, AC hotel said I had two queens. So I called the hotel. She said Expedia switched me. However, when I arrived at the front desk of AC hotel, the AC staff quickly spoke up about my complaint and said we had to switch you to two queens. She gave my husband (whose birthday it was) two drink tickets at the bar to compensate us. We don’t like that AC changed our Expedia reservation from king to two queens.

The stay it wasn’t that good. The stuff very Rude and complicated. The area and the hotel was very good. But honestly prices are not worth it for this hotel. I pay for king bed and they give the worst queen bed mattress. Not staying there again

Everything was perfect except the pillows and breakfast. If you like flat feather pillows, then you'd like theirs. The bed is comfortable otherwise. The breakfast was horrible and included cold quiches. No plain eggs. The bacon was greasy. The fruit was good. The location and facilities are otherwise perfect. We had a splendid time! Don't miss the rooftop restaurant or the speak easy featuring a Harry Potter theme.

Beds are super comfortable, rooms very spacious and impeccably clean. Julep was the hit of our stay - what an AMAZING rooftop restaurant!!! Paloma was disappointing. Food nothing to rave about and lacked ambience. Service was very good though. Thought the speakeasy would be a place to dance and have a good time but quiet lounge. Overall, great hotel and location!! Would come back simply to go to Julep!!

This seems to be a fairly new hotel. The room was clean and bed comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom. Our stay included a free buffet breakfast, but choices were few - mostly cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and some small tarts. Location was perfect for our concert across the street at the Peace Center.
