What guests think

The location is right off the interstate but feels remote, and several guests note limited nearby dining. While cleanliness is widely praised, isolated lapses appear (e.g., dirty items, pool area mold, occasional pests), and a few maintenance issues crop up with the hot tub, steam room, water pressure, or slippery showers. Noise from hallways or neighboring rooms is mentioned at times, and breakfast quality and coffee draw occasional criticism despite overall strong reviews. Expect a modern, comfortable stopover with standout amenities and generally excellent service.

One of the cleanest places I have ever seen and I travel often and all over the world. The amenities are so well thought out from multiple USB plugs, work lights, table, desks, computer work center and printers. Pool and spa and gym were top of the line. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was such a variety of healthy and usual options. A 10/10.

This hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome! My only complaint was that a kid pooped in the pool and it was closed for the last several hours of our stay. It's not the hotel's fault.

5-Star Review The Holiday Inn in Green River may be in the middle of nowhere, but it’s absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless and incredibly spacious. I travel often, and this one definitely earns a full 5 stars from me. The parking lot is huge—perfect for a truck and trailer—and the property is well-lit and feels very safe. Highly recommend for travelers passing through!

The breakfast was delicious and the woman putting the breakfast out was friendly and hard-working. The patio area was nice. We had a pair of dirty underwear wrapped up in our "clean" bathroom towels. When we gave it to the lady at the front desk she just said, "would you like some new towels?" She didn't even seem shocked that those stained underwear were left in our room. There was also a lot of black mold all around the pool. While the pool itself was great, we were careful not to walk through all the black mold surrounding the outside area of the pool.

We’ve stayed multiple times and have always loved it! We specifically appreciate the woman who has worked the breakfast bar when we’ve been there. She always makes sure our kids are fed, have plenty of food and helps us clean up. I do not know her name but she was working this morning. She’s amazing! As well as the young lady who checked us in the night before and all of the women who were cleaning the rooms. They were so attentive to all of the details and very understanding of us, even with 3 little boys. Thank you guys! You’re all the best!

The hotel itself is fantastic. If you’re planing on visiting Arches, keep in mind you will have an almost one hour drive to the park depending on traffic and construction.
