What guests think

At Comfort Inn Green River National Park Area, travelers consistently praise clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, plus a better-than-expected hot breakfast and evening soup, making it a convenient, good-value stop for road trips and park visits.

Many find the location handy to I-70 and a workable base for Arches and Canyonlands, though the small town offers limited dining and can feel run-down. Common drawbacks include recurring key-card/door lock hassles and thin walls that allow noise, with occasional maintenance hiccups. Facilities like the indoor pool and hot tub, on-site laundry, and easy parking add convenience, though a few reported closures or dim lighting outside. Expect a straightforward, comfortable stay with strong basics and a few quirks.

The bed was very comfortable and had a variety of firmness for pillows. But a fire alarm went off at 4 AM and the key card to the room often didn’t work. I liked the indoor pool and sauna and the breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. We booked a room with a jetted tub and that was fantastic. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed in the room needs a new mattress. It was quite soft and lumpy. They serve soup in the evenings to the guests and it was nice not to have to go out to dinner.

We checked in went to our room, used the bathroom and left to get food. When we returned we heard loud music and yelling outside out room, we looked out and saw a party going on on a patio outside out room, this was 9:30. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. Laura was very rude and said she would not change our room if we had used the bathroom. I told her that a party was going on just below our room. She said, I did not know they were having a party. I was shocked and about to leave then she said she would see if she could move us. She gave us a new room but said she would need to check our room to see if she could resell, good luck with that. That party was not ending any time soon. I the new room, not coffee pot, iron and the TV did not work. This should be called uncomfort Inn.

Staff at Comfort Inn Green River was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The location is conveniently located near the Tesla supercharger. My room had a mini fridge and a microwave which came in handy for my trip. The motel offers a free breakfast but does not include nondairy milk (for cereal or coffee) nor any potatoes, unsweetened oatmeal or many other items suitable for vegans. Vegans may not benefit much from the 'free breakfast.' The fitness room looked good as did the pool and hot tub but I didn't use either so I can't verify. The lobby area could use a good dusting for the decor on the ledges but the place was otherwise very clean and well kept.
