Facilities
Facilities are generally good, with a nice gym, a pool, and some shared amenities with the adjoining Residence Inn. However, the SpringHill lobby is closed with check-in next door; there’s no hot tub, and a few note the pool is small, cool, or not very clean.

The hotel was clean. From parking, lobby to room and bathroom. Only thing, the bed was quite small to be a queen. But comfortable enough. Room was spacious too. The pool was also nice and clean. Breakfast was a plus for booking this hotel. Would recommend this and will come back next time.

Over all stay was great. Check in and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. When I first got up to my room my room keys didn't work, so I had to walk back to the front desk where, instead of just giving me new keys and making me wait around, the facilities engineer at the time walk me back up to my room and opened the door for me and let me know that someone from the front desk would be back to drop off new keys that work. Within about 10 mins, there was a knock at the door and a staff person dropped off my keys and double checked that they worked. Then, I got a call from the facilities engineer to check if I received my new keys. Just superb service and service recovery. Their breakfast buffet was simple and delicious with a nice range of options. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect would have been a hot tub on the facility, but other than that, just a fantastic place to stay.

There are two hotels connected - Residence Inn & Springhill. Right now, the Springhill lobby is closed so everything - check in, check out, breakfast is in the Residence Inn lobby. Check in was a breeze. We utilized the pool, which was your typical hotel pool however, they did have two beach balls available for use. There was also a basketball court outside and the hotel has basketballs for use (it was too cold for us to utilize this). There was a nice workout room. Breakfast was great! Our room was surprisingly large. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved that the couch was a bed and had a trundle as well. Our only complaint is the beds aren't very comfortable and the pillows are small and flat. Other than that, everything was great.

Super nice, super clean property, easy and more than ample parking, super friendly and personable staff, easy & efficient check in process with themed activities in the lobby for the event we were in town for. Room was modern and immaculate, truly impressive fitness center. Property also offered pool, wine bar and fire pit areas as well as complimentary breakfast. 10/10 WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Hotel is very new, clean, and nice. But the SpringHill lobby side of the combined SpringHill/Renaissance hotel is closed, making you go over to the other hotel for anything other than your room. The room is then a pretty long way from the desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is laid out kind of strangely, with too much space in the huge bathroom, which leaves a weird arrangement for the rest of the room. TV is placed so only one chair can view TV easily, and it's difficult to look sideways enough to watch from the bed. Our biggest complaint, though, is that the hotel seems to have VERY low water pressure, making a shower a somewhat iffy proposition. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of foods and drinks. Several good restaurants just off the parking lot, even though the hotel is in a business park area.

This is a 2-in-1 on-site venue. If you are at Sringhill Suites, you must enter through the Residence Inn entrance. They do not staff the SpringHill Suites side. My family of 5 (2 adults and 5,8,13) stayed and were VERY comfortable, with plenty of space to sleep. The foldout was queen size, along with the two queen beds in the man sleeping area. Bathroom was very large, with a barn sliding glass door. Comfort was a 5 of 5, but the wall/ceiling sound dampening was .... 1 of 5. Our neighbors with at least tw kids above us, pounded on the floor, the male was verbally abusive towards all in the room. They were obscenely loud after midnight and I went up to the room (#432) and "politely" told them to be quiet. The male said, "I will tell them to be quiet now." which just resulted in him screaming at them for an additional 5 or so minutes. Then bright and early at 4:38am they were up and at it again. I did NOT inform the VERY professional staff members because the hotel was very full that night and I knew they get over-worked anyways. Upon checkout however, staff was rude as they talked explicitly about kicking someone in the *ss and made me wait more ten minutes. I had a recent amputation so...the experience was painful, in multiple ways. Breakfast was buffet with only hot Eggs and some type of fiesta potatoes. The common items (yogurt, oatmeal, apples, bananas) along with the waffle iron and pancake "convection belt" maker. I would give it a 3.5 of 5.

A very nice property with a great complementary breakfast and a lovely area to walk behind the hotel. The gym is also quite nice. This was my second year in a row staying at this hotel, and I will be back.

I love this location since it is only a mile from where I have a meeting tomorrow. It's usually a very nice experience. Today they are falling a little short. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were not refilled with product, rather just filled with water so didn’t really do the job. Not the best cleaning. Hair (someone else's) was on the shower walls and bathroom floor. Even though my room is nearly at the end of the hall, there are kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors. I've stayed here before with no issues so this is not the norm, but I am a bit disappointed with this stay.

Our stay here was a godsend! My sister and I were traveling with six kids across the country and we had booked another hotel to stop overnight. That other hotel was infested with bedbugs and staying there was not an option. We easily found same night availability here and felt like we hit the jackpot! It was so clean, so safe and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was very impressive, the soap products in the shower were luxurious and the property was gorgeous! Thank you so much for saving our night that started out as a disaster

Great bed and bathroom. Refrigerator did not work (even after being instructed to use button to turn it on). Bolt in door caused difficulty in closing door each time we left the room. It also would have been nice to have instructions in the room re: use of television (it took forever to scroll down to finally find Turner Classic Movies and CNN). Toilet flushing was ridiculously LOUD. From snacks to room rates, everything at this facility was overpriced. Staff were exceptionally friendly and capable.

I did NOT inform the VERY professional staff members because the hotel was very full that night and I knew they get over-worked anyways. Upon checkout however, staff was rude as they talked explicitly about kicking someone in the *ss and made me wait more ten minutes. I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was courteous, kind, and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The room was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was unbelievable. The area is safe with plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. We were going to the Eras Tour and found the trip downtown to be pleasant and quick.

This hotel is very convenient for me as my company office is walkable from the hotel. I love the lake behind the hotel as it offers a nice place to get my steps in and enjoy fresh air.
