The overall ambience of the hotel is average. It is clean. Our room was very nice. It accommodated the (6) of us nicely. The amenities are below average. The pool is very small. The hot tub did not function during our stay. The staff wasn't able to keep up with the hotel guest consumption during breakfast. There was zero coffee during the 45 minutes I was downstairs. The pool required maintenence that caused closure on a Sunday morning. While I understand the staff isn't at fault - the 5 children in my party were very disappointed.

Great Stay - love the “mini apartment” feel. The fact that they keep it so clean and are dog friendly is impressive. The pool was closed so that was a bummer…but it was still good overall. The person that checked me in (I can’t remember her name but her name tag said “ask me about football”) was GREAT: positive attitude even at 12am, really friendly and inviting, and was more than happy to give recommendations for things to do in the city (even researched the names and wrote a list)…she made the experience go from great to excellent. If I’m ever in Indy again I will be staying at this location!

My 9 year old son loves hotel pools when we go on trips and to not have this for him was not fun and made the trip far less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was good otherwise. Breakfast had a huge variety and we never left hungry. The room was ok. It worked for our family, but wasn't the cleanest with stains on furniture and lacking a deep clean. Our room had the Furnace and AC unit in our room so the noise was so loud at night with constant loud humming. My in-laws room (we had a 2 bedroom suite) was nice and quiet though they said. I would stay at a Staybridge Suites again, but maybe not this particular one.

We showed up at check-in at 3 and didn’t get into our room until 4:50 because apparently the sheets weren’t changed. We decided to go to the pool and it was overflowing so bad that the filter lids were popping out of the floor and a boy got his leg sliced because he fell in. The card readers at the doors worked only half of the time. The people in the breakfast area were extremely rude. We showed up 2 hours before breakfast was over and all of the food was empty. We waited 40 mins for my daughter to get a waffle because the batter was out. It definitely was not what we expected and worth the money we paid for it.

We have stayed here, and at other Stablybridges, in the past. Sadly this one was not what it used to be. The room appeared clean, until we walked into the bathroom and there was a pubic hair on the shower ledge. The shower head spray erratically, the bathroom door jammed and took 2 people to push it back open. The air conditioner was running as best it could with the heat we’ve had lately, but it was so loud when it would kick on and off, it kept us up all night. The lady behind the counter started off being nice at check in and then got annoyed when we went to charge a couple waters to our room. The staff we met in the halls were friendly at least. Needless to say, I have booked another location for our next trip to this area. The only positive remains that the Mexican restaurant next door offers great food and drinks within walking distance.

The staff at the Staybridge were great, however the hotel is aging and the rooms use some refreshing. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and inviting, but the carpet and couch in the room were pretty stained. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable and the shower pressure was good, but the bathroom door had water damage.

We had to change rooms due to a/c not working properly and refrigerator not working but the Front desk lady took care of us right away! Also the first room we were in there was some hairs in the tub and also on the bed! Glad we switched rooms! Everything else was fine! I would stay here again!

We loved the pool and the continental breakfast was amazing! Overall, a very nice stay. We had a lot of ants in our room on the bedside table. And there was also an area on the carpet that was ripped out and had exposed nails. We had to cover it with furniture so our little children’s feet stayed away.

Every part of the kitchen was dirty. Food crumbs behind or under anything the cleaning person was too lazy to move. The counter tops looked liked they weren’t wiped down from atleast last 3 occupants. The simple stuff and most noticed were the basic things that were somewhat cleaned

Room#402 was adequate for a family of 8 persons. Free breakfast, pool. $400 per night. Kitchen with refrigerator was stock with dishes, silverware and sink. Floor below tub in the single Queen room was a creaky, and week floor. The 2 queen bedroom with bathroom and TV was spacious enough for two parents and and other bed for 2 children.

Nice room and had plenty of space for two of us. It was nice to have an ice maker in the freezer in our room. Breakfast items were limited and they seemed to struggle with keeping up with bringing more food out. Room was not quiet, you could hear anyone that happened to be in the hallway. Also some outlets did not allow the ability charge devices.

We stayed in a king suite that had a kitchenette with dishes for our use. Cooktop, microwave, fridge (although it was a bit noisy) and dishwasher. Bed was excellent with clean blankets and very comfy. Shower had very good pressure but could use an exhaust fan. Free breakfast included 3 or 4 different juices (the cranberry was great), eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, scones, bagels, bread, melon with fresh pineapple chunks, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, salsa, 2 varieties of greek yogurt with toppings which included cranberries, blueberries, slivered almonds and granola. Overall great breakfast. The entire facility overall was a bit of a maze. I got turned around trying to find our car outside and trying to find the pool. The pool and adjoining hot tub were very nice but a bit crowded when we 1st attempted to go there. Didn't get the use of the facility till 10:15 pm and by then all the provided towels were soiled. The facility does have a fitness room which has weights, treadmill eleptical, etc.and an adjoining laundry room with 4 or 5 washers/dryers and folding table. Clean/very nice. The personnel were friendly and very accommodating. Checkout and checkin went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again!

Got checked in and got to my room and all of us got our stuff out and put away just to have a pipe come apart and flood the room ugh 😩 so I called down at the desk of course no answer so I had to get dressed walk downstairs to the front desk just to find a sign saying they had stepped Away for a while ugh so I waited about 10-15 minutes and then the front lady said can I help you told her what happened and the a older man actually came in the office as I was telling her so she made him come upstairs to take a look at it to see if it was something they can fix and then he came up here so we had to walk back up to the room. He came up here then he realized that you couldn’t do it it would take too long so then he radio down to her. She said she had had rather room so then such an inconvenience. We all had a load up, about an hours worth because we already had everything out and then we had to go to the other side of the hotel, which was a pain. It’s just a big inconvenience for everything all around. I mean, I’m glad they did have the exact same room but still.

Our stay started off bad as we could only get two channels on their television, took a day and ahalf to get maintenance to come in and fix it, and the front clerk female that we called told us she would let maintenence know the first day we stayed and she didn't. The breakfast there was very good, and the rooms were comfortable which was a nice perk for us. We stayed there for several nights, but the worst part of all was our bill was 1,132 dollars, which was okay the bad part was we got charged this amount twice and it took several days to come back to our account, i personally was very upset as we still had to travel towards home and stay at another hotel for the night just glad we had the extra money in our account, as the manager didn't even seem to care about the whole money situation. Just a big heads up watch your accounts as they are a real piece of work for even taking that amount out again as a hold for the room. We will never ever stay at this affiliated hotel chain again!!

We booked this hotel for its location and proximity to other areas we wanted to visit. The online photos were a little deceiving. The photos depicted the hotel 5-10 years ago, but the hotel visibly older. This is an old hotel and needs updating. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated being in a safe area of the city.

Very nice stay! We had the 2 bedroom suite which was nice having family come to us to visit at hotel while we were in town. Friendly environment, quiet, great breakfast, pool was nice. At staff were very pleasant through our 3 night stay. Will be a hotel on the top of my list for future indianapolis trips. Everything we needed for shopping was all within a 5 to 8 minute run from hotel which was great!
