Nice property. Lover the deck but very expensive. Really weird furnishings. No Restaurant or bar open after 10:00. Food in the upper bar was Ok but the menu was limited. Parking was a Joke. Had to pay $60 for 12 hrs. Highway robbery if you ask me. Very inconvenient parking and access. I would not stay there again because of the 400 room and 60 for parking and no food!!!

The hotel itself is wonderful. Clean and beautiful rooms. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars. My only complaint is the parking. They charge $28 a night and they give you barcode to scan before leaving the garage, great. The issue is we weren’t told that the clock resets at 12 pm the next day, so we left the garage at 12:05 pm and were charged for two nights ($54) which was ridiculous.

Clean main spaces, clean room. Staff was friendly. Tons of restaurants and things to do near by. Lots within walking distance. Loved the restaurant and bar on the top level. Being able to take drinks back to our room with us was great! Would definitely stay again.

Great Ambiance and architecture. Loved the door be the bathroom and another between the toilet and shower. Plenty of mirrors and lights and actually thought out specially with no wasted space like other old school hotels. Only complaint is that our room was clearly not vacuumed.

Very clean, great service at bar for drinks and dinner, doors slam shut SO loud so very hard to sleep as soon as anyone wakes up on your floor-about 5:00am the day I was there. Shampoo and condition stink like a campfire (not what you want your hair smelling like)! Last time I stayed there I thought it was just spoiled but it was the same this time. Love the convenient parking garage and easy to walk everywhere. I was there for the concert at VanAndel.

The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. However my only one complaint was that they don’t have a mini refrigerator. They have what’s called a cooling drawer that wasn’t even cold. I’m not sure what the purpose of that was. So I had to make my own makeshift cooler to help store my daughters milk.

Great newer option in downtown Grand Rapids. Loved having a cocktail on the roof! Rooms are small but well laid out and comfortable. Love the added touch of a barn door to close off the sleeping area from hallway or bathroom noise. Front desk staff were engaging and smiling but at check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

We were on the 8th floor with a beautiful balcony view of downtown. The room was modern snd stylish with warm touches of wood panels and cozy side chair. The polished concrete floors felt nice for summer. The reading room off the lobby had great books!

Check in agent was rude, he also gave me two beds instead of king, I came back and he said he was sold out and I said that’s what I booked so I would need to cancel, he said to call Orbitz, once I dialed the number he said he found one, it was on a very low floor and I could hear every car passing, it definitely wasn’t a pleasant night.

The room was great and the staff at the front desk did a very good job. The rooms were not ready on time for quite a few people which caused quite a few unhappy people standing in the lobby. The front desk staff went out of their way to make it right.

Hotel is beautiful, great location. Service was terrible. Asked 3 times to reset towels and coffee bar and still had to go down to get it. They rented out the downstairs so no breakfast. Room was loud all night and had to call down to the front desk to ask them to be quiet.

A stranger walked into my room. The front desk assigned another guest to my room, & he walked in with a key. Our keys were canceled. It was a terrible nightmare & I have yet to hear back from corporate or get a refund as promised.

Was in Grand Rapids for a college tour for my daughter. Hotel location was excellent, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the 5th floor in a corner room. Staff was extremely friendly and loved how you had to use your room key to use the elevator - felt very safe. Lots of things within walking distance to do - Van Andel, movie theater, coffee shops, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Plus lucked out to be there for Art Fair, plenty of exhibits to view throughout downtown. My only negative comments would be the cost. Wish downtown hotels were just a bit more affordable. Other than that, was a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, but encountered some issues. Front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Room was good for my family of 4, except for the part of shampoo and shower gel being completely empty. It was discovered after already being in the shower. I normally leave a tip for housekeeping, but I didn’t feel it was justified in this particular case. It was shocking, after paying $400 for just one night in December, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. Another issue we had was, I booked a room with breakfast included, according to Expedia, but turns out it was only a $30 food credit toward breakfast. Each entry is about $15, and for our family of 4, needless to say, it didn’t cover our breakfast. If I would have known that, I would have not paid extra for breakfast. There are plenty of good places to get food around. Overall I’d say I’m disappointed.

What was not good was being promised housekeeping service when I was asked to check in if I would like it or not. I said yes. No housekeeping came during my stay. Not even acceptable in a budget hotel let alone a hotel like yours. Rooftop bar was very dirty when we entered, and the bartender and most of the employees took up the entire bar when they opened. Could not cared less to have served us.
