Practically perfect, starting with the shuttle drivers, front desk staff, breakfast personnel. The staff was friendly helpful, pleasant and fun. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was well prepared and the menu varied on a daily basis. The fitness center was mote than the usual treadmill and included free weights, a bench and ellipticals. We needed access to the airport and to ATT stadium, and this location was good for both. We would definitely stay here again.

Beyond my expectations. The hotel has plenty of free parking. Breakfast was great. So many restaurants within walking distance perfect for kids or any time of day. INDOOR WARM WATER POOL OPEN YEAR ROUND. KIDS Loved POOL we took advantage of pool and gym. overall the staff

Great place to stay! We stayed the night before our trip to Mexico…good night sleep. Transported us to airport on flight out and from airport after flight home…very conveinant for traveling. Will stay again if I come back to area again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Nice amenities with gym and pool. My only feedback is they get a machine to do lat pulldown and tricep pressdown exercises. Nighttime front desk staff were really good and accomodating but unfortunately can't say the same for morning and/or early afternoon staff. For example, we requested an airport shuttle for 9am and never recieved a phone call that the shuttle was leaving that when we did get to lobby at 9:03, we were told it left. I then asked as to why we werent notified since you did take our room info since he was the same person who took down the info the day prior and I got a blank stare and no response. That is not a sign of good customer service and hospitality. Overall good experience but I'd advised management to at least prepare their staff to at least apologize for the inconvenience and not be rude to guests.

Beds were very comfortable. Couch was comfortable and had a twin trundle pull out bed. Room was extra large. Nice to include breakfast and an indoor pool and gym. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and nice staff.

Shuttle never arrived then I was taken to the wrong hotel . Apparently there are 2 hotels with the same name in each side of DFW airport. So I lost an entire night trying to find the place . Was charged for 2 different taxis . Then when I arrived to the hotel, I was faced with a lot of other issues with checking in due to their system being down.

When I walked in the room. The carpet was not dried probably so the smell of the room was terrible. I called the staff to change the room but their acting like arguing. Really upset and I texted them but the feedback seem we were causing in trouble. Words less.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Everything was clean & welcoming. The room had fresh vibrant white linen & towels. The fixtures were very clean. The carpet was clean. No foul orders! This hotel was an ideal home away from home.

Very nice place. Clean, good location, nice parking lot. Breakfast was decent. The only problem is the walls are super thin, we could hear people talking in the room next to ours until 2AM. Which is a pretty big design flaw for such a nice place.

A/C units would not keep the room cool. The shower faucet was either cold or extremely hot and the knob just continued turn. There was no stopping point. The hotel clerk was friendly and always had a smile. Overall a good experience.

I thought the room and the bed were very comfortable. I liked the fact that the room was quiet and I could not hear the highway noise of cars and trucks. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast and coffee were good.

Overall stay was great. Close to fast food within walking distance. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Only thing is housekeeping kept my James Avery ring that I had left in the bathroom counter. I had called and they said it wasn’t turned in and would call back the next day which I never got a call back.

Nick was the night shift manager and he was very patient and kind to all of us. All flights were delayed into Dallas very late on the night of 4 November. We all were very tired and exhausted. Both Nick (the gentleman at the counter) and the shuttle driver (sorry I did not get his name) made sure to provide us with extremely good customer service! They were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

When we arrived, we were told the room we had booked wasn’t available so we were given a different room. The hotel staff said we should have been notified of the change but we weren’t. We booked a king size because that’s what we wanted and we’re disappointed to be given the 2 queens for the same price without notice. Also, the sliding bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The room was clean and the breakfast exceeded expectations.

I hate that we only had a short stay here. Maybe it's because this was our final stop after two weeks of travel but it was Lovely! Pros-Super comfy beds, spacious shower, light options for bathroom so you aren't blinded, large closet, lots of storage, work desk, separate seating area, tv pivots on wall so you can watch from seating area or bed, wonderful use of space, lots of plugs for charging, hotel shuttle with super friendly driver, breakfast had many healthy options, convenient to airport. Friendly staff and easy check out and check in process, little shopping area for drinks or forgotten supplies. Cons-healthy breakfast options lol-I love a good healthy breakfast, but wouldn't mind a full fat pork sausage instead of turkey sausage or some white bread instead of whole grain. (Personal preference) The front desk staff was wonderful but need to work on how they answer the phone. Our flight got in just before midnight so I called for airport shuttle and then had to call again to make sure I was at the right spot and see how long they would be, both times the phone was answered with just a "Yeah" or "Hello". My first thought was I had the wrong number and was calling and waking some stranger up. When I asked if it was the SpringHill Suites I was told "yeah" Just unnecessary confusion I didn't include photos of the bed area because my children are in them and forgot pics of the bath

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its wonderful. Great location close to the airport and easy access to the stadiums. Lots of food options nearby and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is easy better than I've seen anywhere else. Hotel is quite and in good area, parking lot is well lit and safe. I will definitly stay here again in the future.

We arrived late and were greeted nicely by the front desk staff. It was super quiet, there were a bunch of quick dining options right next door and a short walk away, and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent! So many options, healthy fresh fruit too! Super-family friendly (traveled with our 12 year old and infant). Would absolutely stay again!
