The Hilton Garden Inn in Redmond, WA was a very nice hotel. The front desk people were very nice and helpful, our room (#417) was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and there were plenty of nice towels. The only negative comments I would make included the TV which showed dozens of channels, but only about 5 of them worked - very disappointing. Also, we were surprised to learn that they charge $16/day for parking, which was not obvious on their website. And finally, they have a small snack kiosk in the lobby, but the items are incredibly overpriced. Since breakfast is not included but offered in their expensive restaurant, we were required to look in the local area for our food. While the location was excellent for our purposes, I would probably select another place to stay in the future.

Super clean rooms, we had 2. Nice and spacious, clerks friendly. Food choices at the Spoke n Fork were very limited. The bar, and the bartender Seth great choices and great service! All the shower products including the lotions had an ingredient called PARABEN that I was not comfortable with.

Stayed here 3 times in a month and had a perfect stay each time. Staff are particularly welcoming and helpful. We felt very much at home here, which if you can't actually be at home, is the next best thing. It's a newly built hotel, so nice finishes with good spaces in rooms and public places. A large well equipped gym with plenty of cardio and weights options. The breakfast (if you included it on your booking) is - honestly - amazing value. Cooked to order and great quality. Strong recommendation for this hotel from me (a well hardened and normally cynical road warrior).

The staff working here are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and the gym is fantastic! Area offers a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in Seattle area.

Spacious and clean room , good location close to light rail station(200 mtr). Things to improve: Parking signs are not there from main road, its confusing to find parking entrance from distance. Bathroom Door,not sure why Hilton love these sliding doors , there is always gap between door rail and door which not let complete close and there is always privacy concerns, bathroom door should never has any gap after it is closed but these sliding doors have gaps on all sides, same i have noticed in their California property as well. Breakfast option was there but not buffet,almost no vegan options in menu was disappointing . Parking was charged @$16, with already decent pricing on rooms parking should have been included.

The man ( Shawn) at the front desk was outstanding. He was very friendly & helpful. He went out of his way to be attentive & cordial. Our room was not cleaned for three out of the 4 days even though we had requested that the bed be made & the room refreshed. It was only on the day before we left that we finally had our room refreshed.

Modern looking, new, well located, quiet. Unfortunately, there was hair underneath the sheets we didn't see until the AM. There was also stains on the sheets. The electric window blinds didn't work properly and the shade ripped a wire when going back up.

The front desk staff were fantastic - professional and efficient. The cleaning staff were also great. My room was cleaned quickly and well. However, I had a couple issues that really impacted my stay. First, the doors to the room slammed shut. There was no sound damper. Every time another guest left their room, the door slammed shut and it kept waking me up. I highly suggest the hotel look into finding a way for doors to shut quietly. A minor complaint - please clean the Keurig machines. I used mine for hot water and had to run the machine four times before the water came out looking clean - gross! Even after the water appeared clean, it tasted disgusting. The machines need to be cleaned more frequently as this is a health issue. It's too bad about the door slamming affecting quality of sleep. If it wasn't for this issue, I would stay at this location again. However, I will choose to stay somewhere else next time until I read that the noise issue has been addressed.

Overall it was a very good stay. Pros: The room was extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable. Shower was great, I have a workspace to do some work tasks. Cons: The first morning I was awaken at 6am by the alarm set my the previous occupant, I’d expect the hotel would reset all the settings from the previous stays (e.g. alarm, log out from Netflix) , but didn’t happen. Also, it was a constant noise outside, the origin of which I couldn’t figure out. It sounded like running water in the other rooms, but can’t know for sure. I was coming back from work one day and the main doors were closed. Surprisingly. In the morning they were open. And then I had to walk around the corner to get to the other entrance via parking. Which would have been fine unless the sidewalk lead straight to the smokers area, where two men were actively smoking, and I suddenly bumped into them. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t pregnant. I wish they kept the main entrance (Redmond way) doors open

This was actually a "local" stay, as we were having work done on our house and needed to be out of the house for a bit. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an event in which the music was playing pretty loud and we contacted the front office and within about 5-10 min the music was turned down. We would not have complained except it was almost 10:30 p.m.
