The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs would be nice. The hot tub on the 2nd use was not hot enough. The staff member at the front desk admitted she knew it was not hot enough; but said we could still use it.??? I reminded her that one can get a staff infection. Maybe close it and put a sign out?

Our room smelled clean and was nice and cool as it was hot outside. It was a little outdated and the curtains were torn and tattered. We had ants and it needed to be deep cleaned under furniture and beds. I wish we could have had a tv that had access to Netflix or other apps. If you have the window open it does get noisy from the street traffic. We received a 15% off discount for the restaurant across from the parking lot, the only downside is that it needs to be used on one ticket and there was three of us so we had to pay together then divide it at a later time. I didn’t appreciate having to return the luggage cart to a tight area through a door and behind the stairs. I’m handicapped and the employee offered no assistance. I didn’t want to be rude and leave it sitting in the middle of the lobby. Overall I would stay here again it was close enough to Lumen Field about a 25 minute drive without traffic.
