Hotel was great, very clean. Only disappointment was the Bar was already closed when I got there to check in at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. No good having a bar in the hotel if it’s not even open, especially on a weekend evening.

Beautiful facility, I had never of this hotel. The room and bathroom are a little larger than average. Love the sleek, modern design. Sufficient storage and plug-in sites, also USB connections. We had a room with 2 Queen beds, we requested upper level, very quiet, comfortable, clean. I made the reservation via phone app a couple hrs before arriving. Good price, friendly staff. No issues at all. Not sure about breakfast but we chose to drive a short distance to Kolsche Factory in the morning. We did receive special attention from Reid in the lobby bar. He had just closed at 10pm when we came down and very graciously stayed open awhile longer. We enjoyed a drink each, he even made up a special cocktail for my husband which he loved. Wonderful stay, highly recommend

We stayed for five nights and our room only was cleaned once. The last day we were staying I asked the staff at the front desk to please send someone to clean our room, change our towels and sheets and replenish the toiletries and they told me that their housekeeping staff had already left (it was around 1pm). There wasn’t any shower gel, toilet paper or coffee pods. They only sent someone with a couple towels and left them in the bathroom. We had never left the “don’t disturb” sign in the door. If you don’t leave your room before 10am your room most likely will not be cleaned and replenished

The check- in was very slow (20 min.) They gave me the wrong number for the room, 234 and it should of been, 232. I included (paid for) breakfast on my reservation, but they closed the service at, 9:46 am, when they supposed close at, 10:00 am and refused to serve us, anything at all, even though two employees were eating at the time. When I asked the person at the front desk about them closing early, her only comment was “I don't run the restaurant” Never going back to this property. ***The only highlight was the manager the day before, (at check in) she really tried to fix the issue of confusing room numbers.
