Facilities such as the indoor pool, compact gym, laundry, and patio are appreciated, though guests note occasional disruptions like a brief pool closure, an elevator taking days to fix, and a patio fireplace that needs repair. A few reviews cite housekeeping lapses and room design quirks, including limited bedside outlets, closet layout, and rare low water pressure. The pool looked inviting but i never got the chance to swim. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were not very good. Overall I would stay here again!

The hotel itself was very nice and I’d recommend overall. My only issue was that the pillows were not very soft and the bathroom wasn’t stocked (only 2 towels for 2a,2k - no conditioner, one roll of TP, and no liners for any of the garbage cans). The breakfast was lovely, the pool was nice and the staff friendly.

Enjoyed our stay, great location and staff was very friendly. Small issues like pool not available (closed for maintenance) and coffee running out each morning during breakfast. But, overall a very comfortable stay, close to many distilleries and great restaurants. Would recommend if you are in town.

We have stayed here many times. The manager was very helpful. Really good breakfast options. We love the out back patio. Just wish they would fix the electric fireplace on the patio. Always meet great people staying here too.

The unit was nice, hiwevercthere was someone in the room above us who kept stomping across the floor from one side of the room to the other nearly all night. It was so loud we could not sleep, or kept getting awakened by the loud stomp-walk she was doing. The hotel itself was great but that was a horrible night Ans I needed sleep because of a funeral. :(

The check-in was fine. The room was clean, well maintained and up to date. The bed however was horrible! There was still a winter comforter on the bed and the room was hot at night. The pillows were flat and lumpy. Two pillows still didn’t equal one regular pillow. The next day the towels were never changed and we had to go downstairs to get towels because no one would answer the phone. The bed was never straightened. No one had ever checked the room. We took the blanket off the bed and used beach towels I had in the car. Room looked nice when we got there but looks were definitely deceiving.

This is a relatively new property and is a gem in terms of local brand hotel options. The staff are excellent, the GM "T" went out of her way to assist our group during the stay. There is not much in the immediate area for food options and uber/lyft do not serve the hotel. There is a local taxi service which was excellent.
