Amazing experience the overnight lady is extremely nice and responsive to any questions I had . I couldn’t figured out the tv in my room and she came right away . The morning guy is nice as well . I love my stay so much I extendend it two extra days . It’s so convenient to downtown house and other areas . Right off the freeway it’s near a Walmart , Heb , Ross and so many food places . I love they have a fitness room , a washer and dryer down stairs , they sell snacks. And the hotel itself is extremely lit so it’s not dark areas always light. I can’t wait to book again thank you so much for your hospitality . I book to get away from my abusive ex bf tell the police got to my apartment so staying here made me feel safe til I was about to make my restraining order and come back home .

The room was good, bright modern furniture clean and big enough. The hotel was conveniently located, and very visible from the street. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. The one thing which caused me to downgrade it was the bad experience in the laundry room. The laundry came out of the dryer still damp, even after the second round, and smelled bad, as if someone had peed on it. Someone must have peed into that dryer. It needs cleaning and maintenance. Earlier I had already called the staff because the dryer did not accept the coins, and after the person on duty wasn’t successful with the coins either, and got the manager, I got a lecture that one should not drop the coins into the slot, but throw them with just the right speed. That worked, but it made me unwilling to contact the staff again after I found that the dryer made my clothes stink. So instead I downgrade the hotel, and wash all the laundry again at my next hotel.

The property seems to be a small fMily owned type place. She was sure to tell me the room was non smoking but there were burn holes in the couch and it seemed dirty. There is no workout room and the breakfast room and lobby look nothing like the pictures. Its small and cramped. Room was fairly clean looks like they are upgrading, new floors etc. Workout room has 3 large machines with no access to the room, so no workout. Room smaller than expected but decent for a one night stay.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff checked daily to see if we needed more towels. Location not the greatest, there is an adult video store next door to this hotel and if I had family I would not stay here. Public restroom in lobby not in working order for the duration of our 4 day stay. Ice machine is in an outside alcove. This is more like an old fashioned motel with minimal amenities.

Budget friendly option for a quick overnight stay. No frills. Older property but has had some updates and renovations. Parking lot well lit. A bit out of the way from any convenience stores, you’d have to make a u-turn under the freeway and go down further and then back track down the service road again (so bring snacks/needs ahead of time, not really walking distance), not a deal breaker.

The free breakfast Buffet was a joke, awful, the staff rude limited English. No elevator, stairs only. Buttons on ac missing, no ability to take a bath, no stopper. Staff argues I needed to request handicap room. Not according to Travelocity website. Absolutely atrocious never again. Beware of this place.

There was a roach in my bed. I recorded this bc I didn’t want them to think I was lying. Went to the front desk. Where the man said “okay, I’m sorry”. Nothing else. I had to request to speak to a manager. The manager calls and offer me $25.00 refund and a 25.00 credit for next time. I decline the next time credit. He calls back stating he charged me 25.00 instead of crediting me 25. I will never stay at this place again.

I've stayed at this hotel before. This stay was an overall good experience. I requested a late check-in because I get off late from work and drive in 4 hours. I called ahead to verify and there was no issue checking in on my arrival. The desk clerk was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of one roach I saw on Day 2, which probably came in from outside. My only concerns were that I noticed the desk clerk taking photos of my credit card with her iPhone when I checked in, and on my bank statement, I saw my original room charge, in addition to two other charges that totalled the amount of my original room charge. In essence, I was charged twice, so that restricted my funds for the weekend. If the hold is not released, I will contact the hotel.

I received an email that stated check out time ends at anytime. I received a phone call stating if I wasn’t there shortly they would cancel my reservation. I showed up 20 mins later. There was no mention of a cash deposit on arrival. They charged my card before I arrived then charged the rest when I did arrive which was okay i guess. After I paid the total for the room reservation that the website stated they told me I needed to pay $50 for a cash deposit to be able to stay there. Scared I wouldn’t get my full amount we accepted and gave the receptionist $60 and she proceeded to ask if we had change. We didn’t have any smaller bills. She didn’t have any change for the random deposit they were charging so we had to leave $60 with them. They wouldn’t give us a receipt until the end of our stay that stated they took $60 in cash. We won’t be staying at anymore Days Inn from now on.

We explained that we called ahead of time and said we would be there late but he did not listen. He continued to be rude and raise his voice, telling us he could give our room away.

Our trip to Houston was for my medical treatments for Cancer This was the first time I rented a place 10 miles away from MD Anderson Cancer center. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable , the few issues I had was that I requested early check in and when I arrived I was charged $29.00 extra for early check in ( 1:30 ) so either pay or wait till 3 as I was told by front desk a lil rudely. She was not willing to accommodate us even though it was only another hour and a half unless we paid extra. We've never had any other issues with hotels that we had stayed at before. They were very understanding with my health issuesand willing to accommodate . I had no choice being there early due to my flight. Oh and breakfast, same food every morning, scrambled eggs , sausage , cereal and yogurt. It would of been nice if they had a waffle maker , a lil change of variety of fruits .Either way, it was a very comfortable place to stay at .
