The Problems The cleanliness issues were disappointing. I found flies in my room—not just one, but multiple. There was also a bug crawling around the floor of the breakfast area, which raised questions about overall housekeeping standards. The pool was heavily chlorinated to the point of being unpleasant; the smell was overwhelming and it irritated my eyes. On the exterior, there was a persistent marijuana smell outside the building, which wasn't the welcoming atmosphere I expected. The Positives The beds were genuinely comfortable—easily the best part of my stay. The shower had excellent water pressure and maintained a consistently hot temperature, which made for a refreshing start to my mornings. Temperature control in the room was intuitive and responsive; no struggling with ancient thermostats here. The breakfast offered plenty of options to choose from, giving guests real variety rather than the typical limited continental setup. Overall Assessment Staybridge Suites has the bones of a solid hotel. The comfort amenities are solid, but they need to significantly improve their housekeeping and facility maintenance. Finding insects in your room and the breakfast area is unacceptable at this price point, regardless of how comfortable the bed is. The over-chlorinated pool also suggests maintenance issues. Recommendation I'd recommend this hotel if and only if they resolve the cleanliness and pest control issues. As it stands, I'd book elsewhere for peace of mind.

Other than them not even granting late checkout to loyal ihg members, this place is pretty immaculate so if your booking a reservation, only be concerned with lowest price bc this place can get pricey. Rooms are comfortable. Accomodating. Breakfast is flawless and welcoming and staff is top tier. However, late checkout is a super no.

Nice place, this even had a kitchenette and it was spacious overall. Exceeded my expectations

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was immaculate & had a nice smell when entering. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good; better on some days, but good overall. Pool was indoors & too cold for me! Minor recommendations would be at least one luggage rack & a makeup mirror. I would stay here again

The staff at breakfast is the best. The only recommendation I have is to keep the pool open longer or since you need a key to get in, let guests choose when they can go!
