I was suppose to have a King suite didn’t get they blamed on Orbitz, For 2 days never had Pool towels also needed towels for room had to ask 3 separate times before I got them. I’ve stayed here before and have always had a good experience. I need to find new Hotel after this experience

Nos quedamos 3 noches y solo hicieron el aseo 1 día, pero mejor no hubieran limpiado ya que habíamos comprado unas galletas crumbl cookies y las dejamos en los platos de la habitación porque queríamos terminarlas la siguiente noche y la mucama las tiró a la basura, ya cuando llegamos ya no había nada, no estoy de acuerdo que tiren la comida, el seguimiento del personal de recepción fue que la comida que no debe ser tirada se debe meter al refrigerador, pero las galletas no van en el refrigerador. Otra cosa que no me gustó fueron las mini toallas que dejan para el uso de alberca además de que solo ponen como 5 y hay 20 personas en la alberca

Phones in room didn’t work to call front desk. Water pressure was non existent. Front desk was made aware and nothing was done. I would not come back

The shower wouldn’t work in both rooms I had. Sent maintenance they cleaned shower head still didn’t fix the problem just had a little water pressure. I was basically told sorry there isn’t anything we can do. I had a no smoking room and it reeked of smoke.

Staff were awesome and rooms were clean. Bathrooms did not have ventilation fans, the sliding door did not lock at all and immensely poor insulation. I could hear the couple 3 doors down as well as in the hallways. It was an okay stay, just didn't sleep all too well.

Check in was terrible, only one staff member to check in people at 3:00 pm. Long line of people wanting to check in. Staff member had to check to see if the rooms were ready to check into. I was told that by the time i brought my bags in the room should be ready. Heard staff tell other customers basically the same thing when they were checking in. My daughter was checking in ahead of me and was told her reservations had been cancelled because of a card error. She had called the hotel two days prior to the reservation to see if she could get an early check and was told it would not be a problem and that they had her reservation. She could not get a room after driving four hours to get there.

Pésima actitud en el hotel , no respetaron mi habitación, tuve que dormir junto con mi hija en el piso y tuve que llevarle la ropa de cama solo, no tuvieron la educación de llevar ellos la ropa de cama que pondría en el piso y ocasionó que me luxara el tobillo. Tampoco tenía las toallas suficientes y me condicionaron que me las darían hasta que bajara yo la ropa de cama .. no tuvieron vergüenza

Breakfast attendants were not available quick enough to request Most of the items. No eggs, pancake, toast, cereal, muffins were out! A empty pan not sure was there. items which made my morning breakfast experience poor! I went to breakfast fairly early enough. Not like I went 5mins until ends.
