I spent a long weekend in Miami and the Moxy was the perfect place to spend it. The location is central to everything there is to do in South Beach. The staff was amazing. The amenities and view were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The property's door that you pull up to is in a dirty, filthy, dangerous alley located behind the hotel. The A/C is a problem in every room. No ice buckets or machines you have to go to the bar to get cups of ice. Rooms are very small. Amenities are tissues and a bar of soap . Car valet $50 night . There are no closets in the room. They have these wire racks attached to the wall with pegs I guess was intended to hang your clothes on. The phone upon arrival didn't work but it doesn't matter the front desk Never answers it. The night desk clerk was helpful with things wrong with the room..the pool boy The property's door that you pull up to is in a dirty, filthy, dangerous alley located behind the hotel. Phone was broke in room and my friend's room but it doesn't matter they don't answer the phone at the front desk anyhow except for Daniel a nice front desk clerk and Ezequiel a nice and helpful pool guy that helped with whatever you needed. So you can't go out of the hotel at night into the only exit the alley and I strongly recommend not to unless you are escorted by the one security guard it's filthy and dangerous. For the top of the line Marriott property it was very disappointing.
