Rooms were clean and basic. Staff that we encountered were friendly. Had to do a precheck in on the computer as the front desk is not staffed. The pool was clean as well. Not able to walk to the beach but that was ok with us. The shower had poor pressure. The beds need updating.

This is a great pet friendly central location to both Wells and Ogunquit. The room was clean, and the staff was really helpful. There is a nice pool and grills for BBQing.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed in this property. The room shown on the internet was not at all what the room looked like.. The property was run down and outdated. The room was extremely small. The bathtub was slimy and there was barely any water pressure or hot water.. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and dirty. The fee for this room was exorbitant. There was also constant traffic roaring by. We would not recommend this property to others. Buyer beware!

Room was very small. No staff on premise most of the time. Room was not cleaned over three days we were there. Had to track down someone to get fresh towels and toilet paper. Pool was not open - should have stated that on website. No outside patio tables set up. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Ants in the shower

Generally clean, comfortable bed. Dirty air conditioner, porch light did not work. Very small place. Would not recommend for above average size people. Had to shift furniture so we could use basic features of the room. Maybe best for 1 person vs. 2 guests. No bath mat, no response to service card left for us to fill out and leave on the door. Selected this location because it had an outside pool. There was no mention when I booked that the pool was closed... Disappointed as we don't have a pool at home.

Our regrigerator wasnt working, staff needed to come & bring a new fridge. Didnt have any hot water, it took 10 minutes to heat up finally. Then after a night out, our locks were not working and we were locked out of our unit. The manager couldnt even get our door unlocked. She had to run back & forth to the office to reset our passcodes to get the door unlocked. There was also no outdoor lights outside of the dark room to even try & unlock the door. Another downside is it says the pool is open from 9am-10pm, yet the pool gate is locked & not cleaned out yet. Unhappy that the manager did not offer anything to discount our rate.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. We really enjoyed the pool and the stay itself was quiet which was really nice. My only negative was one of the coffee cups was dirty, and there was something on the baseboard in the bathroom that looked sus, and could have used a wipe up. The bedding and decor was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

I found a very large urine stain on the mattress cover. Looking further, there were urine stains on other areas of the bed as well and what looked to be a small blood stain. It was absolutely disgusting!!

Place had a quarter inch of dust on ceiling fan and slime from cleaning with a dirty rag on the fridge. Owner refused to refund money and has a kid running the office that has no authority to do anything and said basically to bad. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable establishment to stay

Another cottage property that was spotless and well decorated! I was only there for one. Night and left super early the next morning but the staff that checked me in was super accommodating to my early arrival and offered to clean my room last if I needed the extra time to shower after my race. Highly recommend!

At check in, a new employee tried to charge me again for a room already paid in full. The cabin was better than expected and mostly clean. However, there was an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases and hair left in the shower. There are no surfaces or places to put anything down, especially in the bathroom. Very hard to get ready in the morning! No paper towels or kitchen towels so we had to use one from the bathroom. It was good for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay for a full week. Dog friendly places are hard to find though so I do appreciate that and we liked having a cabin to ourselves and not being in a hotel room.

Very conveniently located in Maine just north of Portsmouth, NH. Great restaurants around the area. Easy to find. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff person on site was nice and professional. We really liked how the staff reached out to you to confirm your stay and the email face precise directions for check in and check out. Overall we’d stay there again.

There was absolutely no water pressure when we took a shower. The lighting was terrible. The room was not bright. No staff available. You had to call if you had an issue. However, will give them thumbs up for being pet friendly.

It wasnt worth the price we paid. The room was clean but dated. Dangerous looking ceiling fan. Beds need to be updated, very uncomfortable.Only one very small trash can in room. No iron nor hair dryer. Did self check in all on line there was no staffing at desk.

Nobody checks you in. Sign on door states office is open at 4 pm but check in is 3pm. Nobody ever showed up. Had to call phone number listed. When called, gentleman answering was not friendly. Never saw anybody in office for two days we were there. Only saw housekeeping on grounds in morning

served our purposes, Let us check in early. a little problem with code at door but helped us over the phone to resolve in less than a minute. Overall the place was nice. You could tell they had done some recent updates. But if Im being honest it needs ;more. Grounds needed tending. Would stay again.

Up to Maine (our old home) just for an overnight to bring our dog to be taken care of while we’re overseas. Email Confirmation for hotel didn’t include the code for our room door or what # or room was. No one at front desk-had to call provided # to get it sorted out & also pay for the dog being in room. But-individual we dealt with on phone was polite/helpful & got us finalized over the phone swiftly.

Only comment would be the online check in process. There was a request for a photo of ID and a credit card number along with CVv on the back of the card. Refused to supply that info in one app due to identity theft. Was able to provide an altered (to remove birth date) ID photo, last four digits of credit card and vehicle Identification. That was acceptable. Service was great upon arrival.

Cute little cabin with plenty of room. Nice kitchen and eating area. Close to so much to see, do and enjoy in the area. Peaceful at night, with a screened in porch to sit and enjoy when the weather is nice.
