Moldy shower curtain, water damage floor and staff was rude .

Parking was limited No dead bolt on the door. Water pressure was low. Holes in the walls repaired poorly. The pillows and bedding was very comfortable.

Great place with very friendly staff.

Out dated. Staff friendly. Barrage of messages just for a 1 night stay.

I saw photos online and the specifics said king room with "balcony". I called to see if all of the king rooms were upstairs? She said no. I said I needed a ground floor king and she said they had them. When booking in my requests I was specific about the ground floor because my husband has mobility issues. Check in I waited 15 min till someone arrived. In giving me the card key, I'm told the room is upstairs. I said no. I placed a call, spoke to you told you I needed a downstairs room and even put it in my requests when booking. She said "oh, you booked thru Expedia", that's why. I said no, I booked thru Hotels and why should it matter? She said all rooms booked thru these sites are upstairs. I said wait, I called, spoke to you and you told me you had rooms available downstairs. She says there aren't a lot of stairs, just a short flight. I told her I have a 75 hear old husband, I'm not going upstairs. She thought for a moment, went to check out a room, then brought me to see it. It was a nice ground floor king room. She gave it to me for two nights. Upon checking me in she tells me it's a "more expensive" room. I told her when I booked online there weren't choices for different king rooms, just one choice and that is why I called ahead, that is why I put in it specific requests and my confirmation had my request printed on it. She was a lovely girl, no fault to her about this mix-up, and she made it right.
