Stayed 2 nights

Breakfast was nearly out when we went to eat, the front area chairs were very dirty, the pillows were either very flat or too cushioned. I had odd number of towels for 2 night stay and when asked for more, I really couldn’t get them. They did give me 30 min additional for checkout so that was nice. Location was great for what we had planned.

Overpriced for What You Get Overall, the stay was just OK, but the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality and level of service provided. The rooms were not completely clean, with noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling. The property also appears to be minimally staffed, and that lack of staffing is noticeable throughout the guest experience. The common-area restrooms were not particularly clean, and the lobby drink station had empty hot-water pots. Check-in was also slower than expected, with only two people working the front desk while a line of guests waited. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was limited, and the few options available were fairly low quality. Parking is also not included and comes at an additional cost, which feels excessive given the overall price of the stay. In summary, this feels like an overpriced hotel trying to present itself as a luxury property, while showing clear signs of neglect, reduced staffing, and cost-cutting. For the price, I expected a much cleaner property, better service, and a noticeably higher-quality overall experience.
