Overall the best hotel of our 3 week trip. Very clean room, comfortable beds, good buffet breakfast, well kept fitness room and pool, friendly staff. A++ on all counts! The place to stay in the Gillette Wyomng area when looking for a mid-range priced motel. .

The bed is not a true queen size bed. I was told it’s a hotel queen so be ready to be cozy. They only provide 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. When asking for replacement towels for 4, they only gave 3 towels and then said they were out. For having the pool open 6am-10pm, both mornings we used the pool they didn’t have fresh towels to use. We were told they were all out of pool towels and regular room towels . On a weekend that they hosted a bunch of soccer families and sold out, management couldn’t think ahead to do a little laundry during the night. Breakfast was ok with eggs, bacon, sausage and the full assortment of prepackaged pastries that looked 5-10 days old.

Fitness center was 77° and no water in there. Went to the breakfast area and water was turned off. No water in the lobby area either. Coffee machine didn’t work correctly in the room. Shampoo and conditioner containers only had enough for maybe 2 uses. On hotels.com this place has over 9.3 and by fat wasn’t even an 8

Nice hotel. Google maps took me to the entrance for Super 8 and the other hotel. So a sign right at the small entrance would be helpful. Manager was very friendly and helpful. The bed was harder than I'm used to, but other than that the room was comfortable. I slept through breakfast. The hot tub and pool were wonderful.

The workout room was too warm & our room keys wouldn’t open the workout room door. They were really nice to open it for us. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was typical with waffles & cereal. Apples we’re the only fruit

Clean and decent room's, pool was cold, hot tub was hot! Id give more stars but housekeeping woke us up at 9. Then again at 930. Checkout isnt until 11. Was pretty irritated with that.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Plastikgeschirr beim Frühstück und dass der Zimmerservice nicht täglich durchgeführt wird. Der Abfalleimer wird nicht geleert, keine neuen Handtücher und beim Check-in wird dazu kein Wort gesagt. Ebenso bei der Buchung. Man zahlt für Leistungen, die dann nicht erbracht werden!!!!!

Kids up and down halls. Walls and floors not sound proof. Had a terrible time trying to sleep. No noise control. People up being loud at all hours of the night. If Lumpy pillows aren’t your thing either I would suggest bringing a pillow from home.

The property itself is nice. Clean, nice breakfast, easy parking. However, I booked - and paid for - 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, the desk agent said "someone else must have made a mistake and booked the 2 queens you reserved. I only have rooms with 1 king." Being flexible, I just agreed to take the 1 king as long as I could have extra blankets, pillows so I could sleep on the pullout bed. Upon entering the room, the room had a QUEEN bed. And, the agent brought me a sheet and blanket, but said he wasn't able to find extra pillows. After driving 14 hours and specifically picking this hotel for the 2 queen beds, I was extremely disappointed to only get 1 queen, while still paying for 2 queens. No discount was offered.
