We had a great stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The young lady that checked me in was a superstar. Thank you to the great staff. I definitely recommend.

We booked our ADA room and it was very spacious with plenty of room for my wheelchair. The lobby was happenin' and had a pool table, multiple big screen TVs with different sports games and music playing, with lots of seating! However, at check-in we waited 12 minutes for someone to come to the desk. That was after calling the corporate number and the actual hotel itself. Once we were finally able to check in, we went to use the cart luggage cart, but it had a flat tire and wasn't fixed all weekend long. When we got to our room it smelled like smoke. The batteries in the TV remote did not work. The window shade would not rise or move. The shades backing was also flaking off all over the windowsill and floor. We used the QR code to get the digital virtual assistant and it took two hours for us to get a reply back through that system. When the shower was used, 25% of the bathroom floor was covered in water. On both Saturday and Sunday the continental breakfast did not have coffee to offer. Staff said they had to leave to get more coffee so they were not prepared. Staff was also rude and unhelpful.

The staff was super helpful. The room was quality, a little small but not overly so. Excellent hot water and water pressure! The breakfast was honestly not to be slept on for a free hotel breakfast and there’s a pool table in the lobby.

It’s an ok hotel, but getting dated. Leaks and nicks and stains. The staff is amazing though. 5 stars for everyone I encountered!

Great establishment, close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. Very clean hotel. We would definitely come back at the price we paid, and a great pit stop (midpoint) between Toronto to Indianapolis, and back
