The staff was really great. They treated us very well and even paid attention to our pet dog. I know it's hard to control some guests, but the doggy area really needed cleaning. Some folks don't clean up after their dogs, and it was disgusting!

This property has relocated from a former site in Rehoboth. Without GPS, however, you'd be hard-pressed to find it. It is located behind a strip mall off US 1. There is no signage on US 1 that directs you to the location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the all day availability of coffee is a plus. The room, however, had issues. The floor in the bathroom felt sticky and the floor of the shower was VERY slippery! (That's often a problem when there are liquid soap/shampoo dispensers.) This is an average motel in an area that has many other motels to choose from.

Great location! Only problem we had was that the shower drain and bathroom sink drain were badly clogged. The shower drain especially. My feet was submerged in at least 2-3in of water as I showered bc it wasn’t draining fast enough. Had to let the water drain and clean my feet separately after. Other than the drains, great place to stay for a quick trip!

We had two rooms. Suites. Neither room locked. We had to keep our stuff in our car for safety's sake. When we told the front desk at first they didn't believe us and asked to go check so my husband went up with them. And they confirmed neither room locked infact the rooms across the hall didnt lock either.

We didn't like the fly in the room. We had to go to a pharmacy in search of toothbrush for our daughter. Our check in had a line, there was only one person at the counter. On the positive side. We like the breakfast, but the best of HI is the staff, attentive, cordial, and friendly.

Cleaning staff just let them selves in the room, even with a do not disturb sign on door, did not knock are say if there was anyone there. My wife and I were shocked. There needs to be a way to double lock the door. Not safe when someone who you do not know just walks right in the room.

I have never book a room before only to get there and be told the room was not available and I had to accept a lesser room. Then I was told it was not the fault of the hotel it was the booking company fault. The booking company always overbooks and their customers suffer because they find out they booked an unavailable room. I have never had this type of booking experience before. I am a veteran and a senior citizen an I thought this was just awful treatment not to mention they gave me a welcome package with expired snacks in it. Terrible service.

Came in Late, would not give me a late check out, stated that they are busy. Then when just before we did check out at 11:00am. One of the cleaning staff just came into the room without permission, and a do not disturb sign on the door. I could not believe it. I have never had anything like that ever happened. My wife and I were shocked. The person that left herself in just looked at us and left with no explanation.

Hotel was very clean! It great location. I asked for extra pillows when I checked in. They were ready to send someone right away. I ended up grabbing our luggage and the hotel worker walked me up and helped me into the room! Very nice! I would definitely recommend and planned on staying again!

Desk people very terse. Arranged for late check out so husband could shower after the race (12:00). Told no prob and to keep the key. Came at 11:10 and checked with the desk. Said the key had been wiped and gave another (same guy). Housekeeper had started/door open. She was nice and left us to shower but communication poor.

It was not obvious how to get to the hotel from the road because it was set back from other commercial entities at the same address. The only way to leave the hotel and make a left turn on the thoroughfare safely was at the access road having a traffic light. After the initial arrival, these circumstances were understood and not a problem.
