We had such an amazing time. Not only was the beach beautiful, but the hotel and staff were just as great. We had no issues with anything, even the my paralyzed mother, everything was extremely accessible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. It’s a short drive to the beach, but the disabled room is perfect. The bed is not super tall as most art, so easy for wheelchair transfer or people who can’t climb. The shower is easy to wheel your chair in or out of, OR there’s a handy shower chair!! 100% would recommend.

Phyllis was an amazing staff member. She was always there immediately to help. The rest of the staff not so much. I was soo looking forward for the hot tub. The first night it was great! The next two it was just as cold as the pool. It says heated pool but the room is heated, not the pool. The others that I stayed with were very satisfied. I was except for the hot tub.

The only thing good about to stay was that the nice front desk guy Russell was able to move us into a suite since we were paying the same if not more for a regular hotel room. The room was dirty. The floors were disgusting. I don’t think they’ve ever been swept or mopped. The property itself while in a couple of areas were refurbished the carpet from the stairway up through the halls, look like oil changes have been done on them and they stick with you very unapeeling. No matter what they did in the lobby or on the outside to beautify it a little bit the carpet just turned u off. In regards to their breakfast it’s about what you would expect bagels pastries waffle maker certainly adequate but the overnight staff couldn’t seem to find a time to make fresh coffee for the morning and I never had decaf which unfortunately I have to use half decaf half caffeinated. I can’t imagine it was so busy during the night to come four or five in the morning they couldn’t make fresh pot of coffee. No chance we’ll ever be staying here again.

Stayed 4 nights

In the four nights we stayed, we never had our room serviced and had to put the trash outside in the hallway each day. We even requested the room to be cleaned. There were cleaning carts in the hallway but we never saw anyone cleaning rooms. There was hair in the tub trap. The front desk staff over the weekend (9/12 & 9/13) were too busy looking at their phones and never looked up when anyone walked by. On Sunday morning, I asked an employee about the status of the coffee because there was none, she looked at me like I had two heads and kept walking away. 30 minutes later, they brought out the coffee and they didn't clean the filter, We had thick coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. The rugs were filthy and the hotel needs a lot of TLC. Was going to go to the pool with my grandson, but it was filthy and I wouldn't allow him to go in the pool water. It appears this hotel cares more about the dogs they cater to instead of humans and the hotel is dirtier than any animal shelter I've been too.
