What guests think

At Hwy 59 Motel Laredo Medical Center, reviews are mixed: guests appreciate the convenient location near the airport and shops and the generally quiet rooms, but several report significant room maintenance problems, cleanliness concerns, and inconsistent service experiences.

Common maintenance complaints include leaking toilets, broken fixtures, missing or nonworking TV remotes, spotty Wi-Fi, occasional A/C problems, and reports of rooms without a microwave, fridge, or reliable hot water. Cleanliness feedback ranges from acceptable to poor, with stained towels, dirty walls and floors, sewer odors, and occasional pests. Service varies: several guests praise friendly, helpful staff and fast check-in, while others cite an unattended front desk, unhelpful responses to issues, and a reservation sold after a late-check-in call. Unit 112 needs lots of work, microwave had burnt holes in it. Parking was very limited with people taking two parkings for 1 vehicle. And matresses were super worn out that it has a whole body sunk in

This location is cheap but at a price of poor cleanliness. The towels are old grey color with old blood stains on them. The floors and walls are dirty. Counter and beds have electrical tape on them. Everything looks disgusting. I put my personal towels on top of the bed to not sleep directly on it. Never again

Really good value. Quiet clean and comfortable. Just what I needed to rest before my flight to Dallas. My room TV malfunctioned and Wi-Fi would not connect. I'm sure that will be fixed for my next stay.

A flawed(short circuit) microwave was into room. They changed it after one day. No toothpaste, and cleaning is too poor.

The room I stayed in has holes in the ceiling coming from water damage most likely, the entrance to the room I stayed in is falling off the door frame, the toilet leaks toilet water from the bottom of the toilet with every flush, the water will leak from restroom to the bedroom area THROUGH THE WALL, lights and ceiling fan didn’t work; all but two lamps, the room smelled like cigarettes considering all rooms are NON SMOKING, and last but not least this property shows a mini fridge and microwave in their photos. biggest disappointment to walk into a room I paid for with the hopes of the promised amenities that are non existent upon arrival. Overall reserve if it’s ur last resort
