The bathroom sink was stuff up, shower curtain was broken and the amenities I paid extra for weren't in the room. I'm disabled, and unable to use stairs

Don't stay here, unless you like living with roaches. Poor maintenance in the whole place, from parking to smelly rooms with dirty walls, roaches. I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean my room the 3 days I was there. Even bought my own TP.

Where to even begin? Using the word terrible to describe the room isn't good enough. Walking in, the door had obviously been pryed open several times. There were 2 pillows on the bed, not in pillow cases (but 2 cases on the bed), one pillow recked of pee, no bedding what so ever, just a plain dirty mattress. No TV remote (the office did give me one when I asked but it didn't work so I gave up), no microwave, no refrigerator. The bathroom sink had a mans shaved facial hair all over it. The shower walls at the floor had massive chucks missing and mold. Thank goodness I didn't see it but my husband saw a roach in the bathroom. After we left there was one in my carry bag (luckily that was in the back of the truck so it didn't scare us while driving). On the plus side the office staff was super nice and easy to check in. I didn't see a ice machine anywhere and without a fridge we had to keep the insulin in the cooler and buy ice packs for it. Room 133 which is also the handicap room. Oh and the parking lot in the back was able to accommodate our large truck and enclosed trailer. I wish I had taken photos but I had to leave my phone in the truck to charge because there were no USB plugs in the room.
