Not really a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the best Bozeman has to offer but hardly comparable to 5-star hotels we have stayed at within the US and internationally. Bed was fine (King) but the room was on the small size, and the bathroom facilities were very average. Three-star hotels in Japan have better bathrooms. Pool was closed. Check-in staff efficient. Not clear why designated with this rating. So not worth the price they charge.

The room was not a 5 star hotel. It was fine but definitely a 3 star hotel. The room was dirty, smelled like urine, had wet spots, the drains didn’t drain properly. The hotel only had one working elevator and was sold out so every time you needed to go up or down it took 5+ minutes each way. The valet was never present when needed. The hotel staff was very nice when we needed them but you can tell they were overwhelmed. For $600 a night it was not worth that amount of money but I can guess it’s because it’s the only listed 5 star that they can charge this.

Room was beautiful and the beds and pillows are amazing! Unfortunately, one elevator was inoperable most of my stay. This did cause some issues trying to exit the hotel for my meetings as i had to the stairs from the seventh floor one morning. The staff in the morning- 6-8 am really did not seem to care to accommodate simple requests. Coffee bar .. asked for half & half .. the front desk said not an option. Thankfully, a nice man was vacuuming and went to retrieve half& half. I mean at over $400 a night for the stay … asking for creamer for the coffee seems reasonable to me.

Loved staying here. Rooftop pool (that was heated to hot tub temp) was simply amazing! Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was flawless in design and condition.

Our room has a dirty bathroom floor with visible dirty boot prints. We let the front desk know and asked for it be cleaned while we out to dinner. Came back a couple hours later and the floor hadn’t been clean. Called down the front desk multiple time and no one answered. Seriously question what else has not been cleaned.

I recently stayed here and was extremely disappointed with my experience. For the most expensive hotel in Bozeman, Montana, I expected top-notch service and accommodations, but what I encountered was far from acceptable. Firstly, upon arriving in our room, we discovered a blanket on the bed that had blood stains on it. This is an unacceptable biohazard and a clear indication of poor housekeeping standards. Blood-stained linens pose serious health risks as they can carry pathogens that may lead to infections. While the staff did replace the blanket and bedding when we brought it to their attention, this incident left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and concerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, our check-in experience was frustrating. Although the check-in time was stated as 3:00 PM, we did not receive our room until 4:45 PM. The manager claimed to have texted us when the room was ready but we never received any such notification. After a long day of travel, having to wait nearly two hours past the designated check-in time was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Overall, this experience was a major letdown. For a hotel that charges premium prices, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay in Bozeman.

The hotel was very beautiful, obviously a lot of care was taken with Interior Design. It didn’t feel like a cookie cutter chain hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, beautiful and dark (when curtains were closed). In-room Illy coffee was delicious, And for once there was enough creamers for my husband, and I both to enjoy our cup of coffee without having to order extra. Bottled water was free, and for someone who drinks a lot of water. This was a bonus because I didn’t have to go out of my way to a store to buy some. Not only will I stay here again when visiting my daughter, I may make a trip to Bozeman just to do so.

Nice hotel, severely overpriced for what it actually is. This is a 3 star hotel pretending it is a 5 star hotel. All of the staff however are wonderful and the service was excellent which almost made up for the uncomfortable bed and lumpy pillows.

I stayed at this property for four nights. I only slept well two of the four nights because of the trash canisters dump trucks noises in the alley next to the hotel that went until 11 o’clock at night and started at 5:05 AM. While the hotel tried to accommodate me. They had no other rooms available so They only refunded my resort fee of $35 a night. If you can’t sleep in a hotel room then what good is it. I

After Yellowstone, this was a welcomed luxury. Arrived for hospitality wine and room very clean and eco friendly. Sheets and bedding wonderful, black out curtains & SOUNDPROOF walls made sleep amazing!!! There is a pillow menu (yup!) and the staff is friendly and helpful. AMAZING BREAKFAST. Only con is lack of parking. My husband dislikes valet so good luck finding street parking. Lot next door allows 2 hours free parking which isn’t enough. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Good central location with tasteful decor throughout the property. Plenty of amenities at the hotel but very limited literature or info about what was available as a guest when we checked in. Hot water in shower was inconsistent in our two night stay and the AC in room did not cool space to the set temp. The tablet in the room did not allow room service ordering and when phoning the restaurant no one answered. We eventually contacted the front desk and they took our order. Overall, I felt like the hotel was overpriced for the level of service and stay quality compared to other properties in the Bozeman city center.

Wonderful hotel and the loveliest front desk (Taylor I believe), she was so graceful and eager to welcome us, made it all flawless and pleasent. Room was clean and great views. Love the rooftop pool and BAR! Loved watching the sunsets from there, I would recommend and will be back for sure!

Poor customer service at check-in. Front desk lady did not greet us and was very standoffish. Also very odd showers as they have no doors. Only a shower curtain. Water got all over the floor. What a mess! Whoever designed the showers for this hotel needs to be fired. No way this is considered a "high end" hotel. Most Hampton Inns or Hiltons are significantly better.

This hotel is beautiful, it is updated and very clean! I can’t say enough about how friendly and attentive the door men and valets are! It is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The only downside was our room was located in the back of the hotel facing the alleyway. We were woken early (5:30-6am) on several mornings to the sound of the garbage and recycling companies emptying dumpsters as well as delivery trucks. I suggest asking for a room towards the front of the building if at all possible.

Beautiful comfortable hotel with top notch and very attentive staff. Sadly our experience was rather poor due to no hot water in the shower and a mix up with breakfast (was served cold and in a to-go box after a 40-minute wait; food was disappointing too, no flavours). Their restaurant doesn’t accommodate any dietary restrictions, so not able to get a vegetarian/vegan meal. Disappointing for a 5-star property.

The hotel was great, clean and friendly. Valet was quick and affordable. The Fieldings restaurant was absolutely terrible. Food was probably the worst we’ve ever had at a 5star hotel. We had eaten there a couple of years prior and it was excellent. Manager let us know that they don’t have a permanent executive chef and it showed. Rib eye steak was tough and not even a rib eye cut. The chicken dish was dry and the amatriciana pasta was something no Italian would recognize nor eat.
