Thank you for the excellent service and facilities. Front desk staffs are so friendly and warm welcoming. The laundry room are convenient. It cost only 30 dhs to wash and dry including detergent. The breakfast has so many choices to enjoy. Totally good deal to stay.

Only thing HK staff my room wasnt much to be done daily but I do notice they hadnt changed my pillow case or bed sheets 1-2 days ina. Row and left used cups in the room. Otherwise 5/5 hotel

Good value for money. Basic amenities, not in the best location but if you drive it works. Modern design. Noise was an issue as there is a full construction site next door also both mornings there was some reparations noise in the hotel and we got woken up by that although we specified during check-in we need a very quiet room as we wake up late. Staff provided good customer service with the only exception being helping us out when we could not find parking spaces otherwise helpful and courteous.

Fantastic hotel, room was comfortable and had everything you needed, friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. There is a lot of building work going on in the area and right next door but this did not disturb us in any way. Ideal place to stay if you have a car to discover both Dubai and Abu Dhabi

The location of this hotel worked for us. Marina and JBR is only 15mins with car. The hotel itself is clean and services provided was top notch was given water and coffee whenever we requsted it. Shame about VIP perks it was not mentioned to us by the staff.

I had booked to rooms for me and my son. We arived late in the night. On arrival we were upgraded as i am a gold member of Hotels.com. Many other hotels don't do this, but they did. Both me and my son had a really great stay. Really great service from the reception, cleaning staff, pool guy and the staff in the restaurant. I will recommend a stay here at all times. Clean, good service and smiles are my description
