The staff was great! And our room was so nice and comfy. I loved all the amenities. Breakfast was very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was only 1 working elevator at the time of our stay. Otherwise, one of the nicest places we've stayed for the price. We will be back in May to stay again.

The staff was great. Property was mediocre. I booked a room for 2 weeks as my youngest had surgery. So needed laundry and elevator and a clean room. Elevator was down untill 2 days before we left. The one dryer in laundry was down the whole time. Asked for carpet in room to be vacuumed it was but vacuumes did not work. The stove only had one burner working. Workout facilities were dirty. Disappointed. But. The staff were very responsive but crappy facility.

Everything was great, staff was so friendly. Got breakfast was yummy. The only things I would have to say negative is that there wasn't enough parking. And the pool was great until the clothes made us sick. the hot tub had way too much chlorine and from the time we got inside the inside pool and hot tub my eyes were irritated and coloring smell had me sick for a few days. Will come back in the future.

The bottom of the sheer curtains in my room were dirty. Inner curtain had some rust or burn stains on it. The seams of the bed linens were torn and frayed on both beds with some small spots on one bed that looked like dried blood. The other bed had a sheet with hair on it that did not belong to me...not what you want to see when you pull the covers back.

It was very spacey but the iron board was torn up like it was recycled, there was little to no body wash in the dispenser (went and just bought our own) and on the last day we saw little roaches crawling on the floor. We knew there were pets allowed but didn’t expect to hear barking the time we were at the hotel, especially at night and early in the morning.

Will not stay again. We could not get our room serviced after 4 requests. Finally, after the 5th, it was done after 5 pm. The common areas are not well maintained. Trash left on the floor. Parking lot had lots of trash. Wet floor around first floor ice maker. I know choices in Loveland area are limited, but will try another hotel in the future.

The walls in this hotel are so thin. During our 2 night stay we couldn't sleep either night. First night, the room above us had kids jumping and running until 11 pm and again before 6 am. The second night at around midnight, a couple arrived in the room next door. We heard EVERYTHING, multiple times. Everything else was okay, but if you can't sleep in the hotel, why would you stay there??

This room has a modern design. Ample charging stations in the room via the lamp bases especially by the bed and adequate electrical outlets. Clean and quiet. We had a suite with a large sofa, love the space. I’ve always liked the bathrooms for the mirror with lights around it but this one had the bulbs removed- it made the bathroom a little darker and harder to put your makeup on. Not sure if they hadn’t replaced them or they are out in all the bathrooms. They are needed! We like staying here and being able to see our car out the window. We like the nearby stores and ease of getting to them. This is our home base when we are there to go to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park and nearby attractions.

This property is very poorly managed. We stayed for 4 nights. Cleaning staff never made the beds and took the dirty towels but never left clean replacement towels. We had to go down to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Tv service was out in one of our rooms for the entire stay. Talked to the front desk several times to request assistance but none was offered and no discount was offered. Lastly, Dean at the front desk puts up a sign that says "Staff will return shortly" but he just sits in the reception area watching tv and chatting. Would not recommend this property.

She was very rude when informed that we had paid for late check out online. The bed sheets looked stained. The back door was extremely inconvenient as there was only stairs, and our key cards stopped working after about 3 hours consecutively. We made sure to keep the cards away from our phones and any magnets. This issue caused us many problems.

The roads that normally go to this property are completely torn up and the hotel is inaccessible from the normal route. GPS does not recognize this, and tries to send you via the road construction. I was finally able to reach the front desk and ask for alternative directions, which routed around at least 5 miles away, and even then you had to go around a road closed barrier to reach the hotel. I feel I should have been notified of this confusing situation.

What a nice place. A great central location. Very close to Loveland, Greeley & Ft. Collins. Currently the road is under constriction & it sucked, but it will be nice when done. We liked the face the kitchenette was stocked with pots, pan, dishes and utensils. The included breakfast was a letdown. It was the same thing EVERY day we were there. The one day we wanted our room cleaned, it wasn't on the "schedule"

Most everything was good about the stay except for the breakfast offered. It was poor. It didn't seem like anyone was attending to it as buffett items were out for significant periods of time. Also the eggs and sausage were not good and the sausage was almost an unindentifiable grey meat swimming in oil and water. Not appetizing.
